Modular portable renewable energy microgeneration system
A portable and modular renewable energy microgeneration apparatus is disclosed that includes at least four modular units. The first modular unit includes a mixing tank and a chopper. The second modular unit includes a buffer tank, a liquor tank, and a pasteurization tank that pasteurizes waste that has been mixed with liquid from the liquor tank by the mixer, chopped into smaller sized components by the chopper, and pre-warmed by the buffer tank. The third modular unit includes a digestion tank that performs anaerobic digestion on pasteurized waste received from the pasteurization tank. And the fourth modular unit includes a gas storage tank that stores gas generated by the waste in at least one of the mixing tank, the chopper, the buffer tank, the liquor tank, the pasteurization tank, and the digestion tank. Each of the four modular units is both portable and modular.
Method and device for processing liquid manure
A method for processing liquid manure 1, in particular cattle manure, comprising: supplying the liquid manure 1, separating 2 the solid parts 14 in the manure from the liquid part 3, treatment of the liquid part 3 by: adding Magnesium Chloride 5 to convert Phosphates in the liquid part into Struvite, and inserting air 6, increasing the pH level in the liquid Struvite 7 by Lime injection 9 to convert the Ammonium into Ammonia, adding Hydrochloric acid 12 to convert Ammonia into Ammonium Chloride, separating Phosphor and Nitrogen containing components from the resulting liquid 18 by reverse Osmose 17, mixing 13 the separated Phosphor and Nitrogen containing components 16 with the precipitate Struvite 15 and solid parts 14 resulting from the separation process 2 to get fertilizer 22, neutralizing 20 the remaining liquid 19 to get clean water 21.

PROCESSING OF RED MUD IN BAUXITE REFINING
A method of processing pulp, extracted from red mud in processing bauxite, includes the following steps. The pulp is filtered to obtain a first filter cake and a first filtrate. Aluminum is leached from the first filter cake by adding, to the first filter cake, sodium hydroxide (NaOH) solution to form an aluminum-containing first slurry. The first slurry is filtered to obtain an aluminum-containing second filter cake and a second filtrate. From the second filtrate, in presence of carbon dioxide gas, first aluminum compounds are filtered out. Aluminum is leached out from the second filter cake by adding, to the second filter cake, NaOH solution to form a second slurry. The second slurry is filtered to obtain a third filter cake and an aluminum-containing third filtrate. From the third filtrate, second aluminum compounds are precipitated out which include sodium hydroaluminocarbonate and aluminum hydroxide.

Positive polymer fecal sludge treatment apparatus
A positive polymer fecal sludge treatment apparatus comprising a trash separator, one end of which is connected with a sludge inlet, and the other end of which is connected with a twin-rotor vacuum water pump. A high-pressure transparent tube is disposed and connected, by a knife valve, between the trash separator and the twin-rotor vacuum water pump. One end of the knife valve is connected with a first material box and a second material box. A first chemical box and a second chemical box are disposed under the first material box and the second material box, and each of the first material box and the second material box is connected with the first chemical box and the second chemical box. The first and second material boxes have a larger volume than a conventional one and thus can store more material and also can perform chemical stirring reaction directly.
Automatic Self-Cleaning Filter Driven by Submersible Actuator
An automatic self-cleaning filter that is driven by a submersible actuator and is configured to clean or filter one or more substances from a liquid.
