A device (1) for automatically performing an activity, in particular for cleaning dirty surfaces, having at least one sensor (3) and at least one drive element (4). The drive element (4) divides the device (1) into a rear region (11) and a front region (12), on the basis of the intended direction of movement (B). The sensor (3) is a mechanical sensor which is arranged in the front region (12) of the device (1) and is used to determine, by contact with the floor, a change in the height of the floor.

Autonomous Cleaning Robot

The present disclosure relates to a liquid container and an autonomous cleaning robot. The liquid container may include a container case and a cleaning cloth that is removable and mounted on the container case. The cleaning cloth may include a first guiding member disposed thereon. The container case may include a second guiding member. The first guiding member and the second guiding member cooperate with each other to define an assembly direction of the cleaning cloth. The cleaning cloth can be installed correctly by defining the assembly direction of the first guiding member and the second guiding member.

SURFACE CLEANING APPARATUS AND TRAY

A surface cleaning apparatus adapted for movement across a surface to be cleaned. The surface cleaning apparatus can dock within a storage tray and charge a power supply. Electrical contacts on the surface cleaning apparatus and the storage tray can be shielded when the surface cleaning apparatus is not docked within the storage tray. Furthermore, the storage tray can include a reservoir for a self-cleaning mode.

Pressure washing system and method

Disclosed herein are various embodiments of a system and method for operating a surface pressure washer with a wand component. The method may include the steps of cleaning a first surface through a first fluid path, where the first fluid path includes a pump, a pressure regulating valve, a diversion block, and a spray gun, while spray nozzles are not discharging fluid to a second surface, actuating a valve connected to the diversion block, thereby reducing the pressure available to the first fluid path and creating a second fluid path, where the second fluid path includes the pump, the pressure regulating valve, the diversion block and the spray nozzles, where the spray nozzles are configured to rotate above the second surface when the second fluid path is open, and cleaning a second surface underneath the pressure washer system through the second fluid path.
