The various components of the extraction cleaner can be arranged for a balanced weight in hand. The supply tank can be integrated with a fluid distributor in a removable, modular unit.

Liquid extraction apparatus

An apparatus includes a body, a first tank and a second tank. The body includes a first fluid coupling and a first air passage. The first tank includes a first vessel configured to accommodate a fluid and a second fluid coupling communicatively coupled with the first fluid coupling. The second tank includes a second vessel separated from the first vessel and a second air passage communicatively coupled with the first air passage. The apparatus also includes a tank base over the body. The tank base includes a first tank seat configured to accommodate the first tank and a second tank seat configured to accommodate the second tank. The tank base is configured to be separated from the body with at least one of the first tank in the first tank seat or the second tank in the second tank seat.

PORTABLE EXTRACTOR

A portable extractor includes a supply tank, a recovery tank, a pump in fluid communication with the supply tank, a suction source in fluid communication with the recovery tank, a base configured to support the suction source and the pump, and a main housing mounted on the base and housing the suction source and the pump. The main housing is configured to removably support the recovery tank and the supply tank. The recovery tank is arranged at a front side of the portable extractor and the supply tank is arranged at a lateral side of the portable extractor between the front side and the rear side.

PORTABLE EXTRACTOR

A portable cleaner has a recovery tank, including a container for receiving and storing recovered liquid and/or dirt and an openable tank lid for covering the container. The container and the tank lid are removable from the cleaner as a unit. The portable cleaner also has a main housing configured to removably support the recovery tank in a vertical orientation in which the tank lid at least partially defines a top side of the portable extraction cleaner. In addition, a tank latch is provided in the tank lid, the tank latch configured to selectively secure and release the tank lid to the main housing when the recovery tank is supported by the main housing.

VACUUM CLEANER AND FILTER FOR A VACUUM CLEANER

A vacuum cleaner including a suction inlet, a conduit in fluid communication with the suction inlet, a filter having a valve releasably connected to a filter inlet, the filter configured to collect debris drawn through the suction inlet. The vacuum cleaner further comprising a release mechanism moveable from a first position to a second position. In the first position, the filter is in fluid communication with the conduit to collect debris with the valve being open, and in the second position, the filter is disconnected from the conduit with the valve being closed. Movement of the release mechanism between the first and second positions closes the valve.

An apparatus is provided which is capable of cleaning soiled concrete or other hard surfaces using significantly less water and detergent than typical pressure washers. A dual brush mode allows for more surface treatment. A safety electrical system allows the system to be used safely outdoors. The highly maneuverable maintainer utilizes industry standard components from floor maintenance equipment integrated with a horizontally stable wheeled platform, as well as, an adjustable and wear-compensating suspension system that can accommodate a variety of surfaces. The result is a low noise, low carbon footprint, low resource apparatus that moves easily in any direction while providing direct rotary brush scrubbing to clean soiled concrete or other hard surfaces.
