Pump Assembly for a Dishwasher Appliance
A dishwasher appliance includes a pump assembly for circulating wash fluid within a wash chamber and discharging wash fluid from a drain basin. The pump assembly includes a wash pump impeller coupled to a drive shaft and a drain pump impeller coupled to the drive shaft using a clutch, such as a centrifugal clutch. At speeds below a predetermined speed threshold, the clutch remains disengaged such that only the wash pump impeller rotates. When the speed of the drive shaft exceeds the predetermined speed threshold, the clutch engages causing the drain pump impeller to rotate and discharge wash fluid from the drain basin.
DISHWASHER FILTER DEVICE BASED ON MICRO-NANO AERATION
A dishwasher filter device based on micro-nano aeration includes a cylinder for accommodating washing liquid and a filter unit. The filter unit is in communication with an inner cavity of the cylinder by a water inlet pipe. The filter unit is connected to a micro-nano bubble generator by a third pipe. The micro-nano bubble generator is connected to a water outlet unit. The water outlet unit includes a fourth pipe connected to the micro-nano bubble generator and a dissolved air release assembly connected to the other end of the fourth pipe. The dissolved air release assembly is disposed at a bottom of the cylinder.
BLADE AND PUMP IMPELLER ASSEMBLY FOR A DISHWASHER
A dishwasher comprising a chassis, a tub supported by the chassis and at least partially defining a treating chamber, and a pump that circulates wash liquid in the treating chamber. The pump has an impeller that has a cover, a base with an axis of rotation, and at least one fin protruding from the base. The impeller also has a cap removably coupled to the impeller and at least one blade integrally formed with the cap.

WASH PUMP IMPELLER FOR A DISHWASHING APPLIANCE AND A METHOD OF ADDITIVELY MANUFACTURING THE SAME
A wash pump impeller for a dishwasher appliance and a method of forming the same using an additive manufacturing process are provided. The wash pump impeller includes a hub and a plurality of vanes integrally formed with the hub and extending at an extension angle of less than 60 degrees relative to a flow surface of the hub and the vanes may be curved in three dimensions. The wash pump impeller is formed by establishing a three-dimensional model of the wash pump impeller, converting that model into slices defining cross-sectional layers of the wash pump impeller, and successively forming those layers using an additive manufacturing process.

DISHWASHER
The present invention relates to a dishwasher and a manufacturing method thereof.
The dishwasher according to an embodiment of the present invention includes a water guide extending upward from a sump and supplying washing water to an upper nozzle and a top nozzle, and the upper pipe and the top pipe are separately provided to the water guide, so pressure of the washing water applied to the upper pipe and the top pipe can be reduced.
