A dishwasher includes: a spray module which sprays washing water toward dishes; a sump which supplies washing water to the spray module; a pump which pumps washing water stored in the sump to the spray module; and an air jet generator which receives a part of washing water pumped from the pump to form an air bubble in washing water and discharges the air bubble to the sump, wherein the air jet generator comprises: a decompression portion which decreases a pressure of washing water; an air suction portion which is opened to allow air to flow into the decompression portion; a pressing portion which increases pressure so as to crush the air introduced from the air suction portion; and an air tap which has a plurality of holes configured to crush the air contained in washing water that passed through the pressing portion.

An air jet generator according to an embodiment of the present invention includes: an impeller which applies centrifugal force to washing water flowing in a forward direction; a decompression portion which decreases a pressure of the washing water that flows; an air suction portion which is opened to allow air to flow into the decompression portion; a pressing portion which increases pressure so as to crush the air introduced from the air suction portion; an air tap which has a plurality of holes so as to crush the air contained in the washing water that passed through the pressing portion; and a reverse spray nozzle which sprays the washing water toward the air tap in a reverse direction.

A dishwasher includes a tub; an injection module; a sump for supplying washing water to the injection module; a washing pump; and an air jet generator configured to form air bubbles in the washing water and to discharge the washing water to the sump. The air jet generator forms a flow path perpendicular to a bottom surface of the tub and includes a decompression portion for depressurizing washing water and a pressing portion for pressing the washing water; an air crushing pipe having an air inlet hole to introduce external air; an air tap for crushing air in the washing water discharged from the air crushing pipe; and an air chamber disposed outside the air crushing pipe and forming a space for introducing air therein, and having an air inlet hole for communicating with the inside of the air crushing pipe at one side of the lower portion.

A dishwasher includes a tub; an injection module; a sump for supplying washing water to the injection module; a washing pump; and an air jet generator configured to form air bubbles in the washing water and to discharge the washing water to the sump. The air jet generator forms a flow path perpendicular to a bottom surface of the tub and includes a decompression portion for depressurizing washing water and a pressing portion for pressing the washing water; an air crushing pipe having an air inlet hole to introduce external air; an air tap for crushing air in the washing water discharged from the air crushing pipe; and an air chamber disposed outside the air crushing pipe and forming a space for introducing air therein, and having an air inlet hole for communicating with the inside of the air crushing pipe at one side of the lower portion.

A heavy duty washing apparatus for cleaning cooking substrates including hotplates and grills comprising: a. a self-contained housing allowing readily movability; b. a plurality of functionally interconnected stations for receiving supply of water, a chemical cleaning agent composition and a pressurised fluid; c. a pressurising station and a temperature conditioning station; d. a foam generator in the housing using controlling feeds from the plurality of interconnected stations and functionally engaging with the pressurising station and the temperature conditioning station for providing an effective chemical cleaning agent composition for conditioning one or more of the supply of water, the chemical cleaning agent composition and the pressurised fluid and e. a washing compartment adapted to receive one or more of the cooking substrates in a stackable substantially planar spaced array; wherein the effective chemical cleaning agent composition allows for cleaning over an effective cleaning time in a chemical, aerobic and physical manner cooking residues on the cooking substrates by retaining of said foam layer for a predetermined period in contact with the cooking surfaces, and rinsing the foam layer with preselected conditioned high temperature and/or pressurised water to remove chemical and food residues.
DISHWASHER
A dishwasher includes a tub defining a washing space, a sump disposed below the tub and configured to store washing water received from the tub, a pump configured to supply the washing water from the sump to the washing space, and a spray arm configured to discharge the washing water from the pump into the washing space. A channel defined inside the spray arm is configured to spray the washing water or the washing water including microbubbles into the washing space.

The present disclosure relates to a dishwasher. The dishwasher of the present disclosure includes a tub forming a washing space, a sump disposed below the tub and storing washing water flowing from the tub, a pump configured to supply the washing water stored in the sump to the washing space, and a spray arm configured to discharge the washing water flowing from the pump into the washing space. A channel is formed inside the spray arm to spray the washing water into the washing space or discharge the washing water containing microbubbles into the washing space. The spray arm includes an upper cover and a lower cover coupled to a lower side of the upper cover, a flat surface is formed on a surface facing each other in one of the upper cover and the lower cover, and a pair of inner ribs protruding toward the flat surface to form the channel to be in contact with the flat surface is formed in the other of the upper cover and the lower cover.
