Binder composition, a method of manufacturing a corrosion-resistant sacrificial protective coating using said composition, and a support coated with such a coating
The present disclosure provides an aqueous binder composition for forming a sacrificial corrosion-protective coating, said composition being free of chromates and also preferably free of borates and molybdates. Said binder composition advantageously has a pH of less than 6 and comprises a binder, particles of at least one metal oxide and at least one metallic phosphate, said binder comprising a hydrolyzed organosilane oligomer. In addition, the proportion by weight of said particles of at least one metal oxide relative to the total dry weight of said binder composition is greater than or equal to 75%.

Honey comb assembly
The present invention relates to a composition comprising a non-oxide silicon containing component, a water soluble phosphate component, a metal oxide ceramic component, a polysaccharide component and water to 100% w/w. This composition can be transformed into a cement that holds individual honey comb filter segments of a honey comb filter together.
Method for controlling work time for forming shape of biphasic self-setting calcium phosphate
Biphasic self-setting calcium phosphate (SSCP) used for bone graft material and dental material applications having shape formability, shape retentivity, and bone replacement properties in addition to biocompatibility, safety, non-infectiousness, and absence of outflow, wherein the work time for forming the shape of a kneaded material obtained by kneading biphasic SSCP powder and biphasic SSCP liquid is controlled. A method for controlling the work time for forming the shape of biphasic SSCP in which the moldable work time from the start of kneading to the setting of the kneaded material is adjusted to within a range of from 10 seconds to 600 seconds by kneading a biphasic SSCP powder and biphasic SSCP liquid, the biphasic SSCP powder comprising tetracalcium phosphate and -tricalcium phosphate and the biphasic SSCP liquid comprising a phosphoric acid aqueous solution containing a calcium component.
