Dishwasher
A dishwasher including a main body; a tub provided inside the main body to form a washing space; a door configured to open and close the tub, and including an inner door located inside the tub while the tub is closed by the door; a sealing member provided at a lower end of the inner door, and configured to prevent leakage from occurring between a bottom plate of the tub and the inner door; and a cover member provided at the lower end of the inner door and to cover a gap between the lower end of the inner door and the tub.
Wireless automated shutoff valve
A modular water leakage detector includes a housing that carries a plurality of water leakage sensors, an electrical water shutoff valve, and circuitry coupled thereto. In response to sensing water leakage, the circuitry actuates the valve to shut off a water supply. Detectors can communicate alarm indicating signals directly with one another. The detectors can include a wireless transmitter and communicate with a displaced alarm monitoring system.
Method for filling a wash tub of a dishwasher with water
A method for filling a wash tub (12) of a dishwasher (10) with water, wherein the wash tub (12) comprises a water-collecting sump pot (16) that is fixed to an opening in its bottom and said method forms part of a program cycle for the operation of the dishwasher, said method comprising the subsequent steps of: (i) opening a water inlet (13) of the dishwasher and executing a static filling of the wash tub wherein a circulation pump of the dishwasher is kept deactivated, (ii) detecting a predetermined lower water level (22) inside the sump pot (16), and (iii) starting to measure the time for the static filling when said lower water level (22) is detected.
DISHWASHER
A dishwasher door assembly can include a door with an exterior surface bounding an interior space, a controller with a controller switch that is inaccessible from the exterior of the door and actuatable by movement in a first direction, and an actuator, accessible from the exterior of the door, and moveable in a second direction different from the first direction, such that movement of the actuator in the second direction actuates the controller switch in the first direction.
Automatic freeze protection for dishwashers
A system for protecting a dishwasher from freezing using components within a dishwasher. The system comprising: a control circuit, a heating element, a water pump, drain hose, hot water supply, water valve, door sensor to determine whether dishwasher door is closed and a temperature sensor.
COUPLING ARRANGEMENT FOR A DOMESTIC APPLIANCE, A DEVICE FOR A DOMESTIC APPLIANCE, AND A DOMESTIC APPLIANCE
The invention relates to a coupling arrangement for a domestic appliance, comprising: a connection piece that has a channel for transporting a fluid on its inner side, and a shoulder on its outer side; an elastic bushing that is pushed onto said connection piece in an assembly direction, said bushing having, on its inner side, a first shoulder which engages behind the shoulder of said connection piece, and a second shoulder on its outer side; and a corrugated hose that comprises, on an end section thereof and on its inner side, a shoulder which engages behind the second shoulder of said bushing.
DISHWASHER
A dishwasher is disclosed. The dishwasher includes a tub, a main arm and an auxiliary arm for spraying water to an object to be washed, a fixed gear unit for rotatably supporting the main arm, a rotating gear unit configured to be rotated in engagement with the fixed gear part, a link unit for allowing the auxiliary aim to perform a reciprocating rolling movement, and an auxiliary arm connection unit. The auxiliary arm connection unit includes an extension pipe, a shaft extending from the extension pipe in order to support an interior of the auxiliary arm, and a sealing member protruding from an outer circumferential surface of the extension pipe. The sealing member includes a support member provided on at least one of an upper portion of the sealing member and a lower portion of the sealing member in order to support the interior of the auxiliary arm.
WATER LEAK DETECTION AND PREVENTION DEVICE
A water leak detection and prevention device comprised of a leak detection apparatus positioned near a water-dependent appliance to monitor for moisture due to a leak, and a leak prevention system connected to the leak detection apparatus in fluid communication with a water pipe attached to the water-dependent appliance and positioned in-line with the water pipe is disclosed.
Safety device against fluid leaks for household appliances
An anti-flooding safety device includes two connection bodies, a valve arrangement that includes a valve member, a retention member for withholding the valve member in a respective opening position, and an inner hose and an outer hose impermeable to water. The inner hose hydraulically connects the two connection bodies and extends at least in part within the outer hose so that defined between the two hoses is a gap designed to withhold inside it any possible leaking water. A connection body has a control chamber that is at least in part delimited by a movable element, and a control member is coupled to the movable element so that a displacement of the latter will cause a displacement of the control member towards a respective position of release, wherein the valve member is free to pass into its closing position. The gap is in fluid communication with the control chamber, to obtain a substantially closed volume therewith.
Dish washer and controlling method thereof
A dish washer includes a cabinet, a tub positioned inside the cabinet, a sump provided in a lower portion of the tub, a case brake provided on a side wall of the tub connected to the sump, and a filter device positioned below the tub inside the cabinet, to selectively filter or unfilter water received from a water supply source, and to supply the filtered water or the unfiltered water to the case brake, the water passed through the case brake is collected in the sump, the case brake is located higher than the sump to prevent a backflow of the water collected in the sump to the case brake.
