METHOD OF ULTRASONICALLY CLEANING A VESSEL
A method of cleaning a vessel including the steps of: a) providing a cleaning reservoir having a plurality of chambers each for holding a cleaning fluid; b) filling a first chamber of the cleaning reservoir with a cleaning fluid; c) ultrasonically cleaning one or more vessels in the first chamber using the cleaning fluid; d) transferring the cleaning fluid from the first chamber to a second chamber of the cleaning reservoir; and e) ultrasonically cleaning one or more vessels in the second chamber by reusing the cleaning fluid transferred from the first chamber and used to clean the one or more vessels in the first chamber.

A household dishwasher includes: a washing water spray nozzle module disposed on an area of inner surfaces of a washing chamber and spraying washing water, which is supplied from a water supply tube, into the washing chamber; a steam generation module disposed in the washing chamber and supplying steam into the washing chamber using the washing water supplied from the washing water spray nozzle module; an induction module disposed on an outer surface of the washing chamber and heating the washing water supplied in the washing chamber; an ultrasonic vibration module disposed on an outer surface of the washing chamber and applying ultrasonic vibration to the washing water in the washing chamber to perform ultrasonic washing; and a controller disposed in a body and controlling operational relationships of internal components in response to washing order signals from a user.

A dishwasher is proposed. The dishwasher includes a case accommodating a cleaning target therein, a sump connected to an interior of the case to collect wash water, a wash pump into which the wash water flows from the sump, and generating steam, a steam nozzle into which the steam flows from the wash pump, and spraying the steam into the case, and a bubble filter disposed on a steam path between the wash pump and the steam nozzle to remove a bubble in the steam path.

A dish washer includes a tub defining a washing space, a base disposed below the tub and defining a space below the tub, a sump disposed in the space defined by the base and configured to store water, a washing pump disposed in the space defined by the base and configured to supply the water stored in the sump to the washing space, and an air jet generator having a venturi shape including an air inlet provided on one side, an inlet having a downward opening, and an outlet provided above a bottom surface of the tub. The air jet generator further includes a tub mounting portion fixing an upper portion of the air jet generator to the bottom surface of the tub and a base fixing portion disposed below the tub mounting portion, the base fixing portion coupling a lower portion of the air jet generator to the base.
Apparatus, Method and System of Washing Induction Cookware using Induction Heating and High-Pressure Water Jet
A method of washing induction cookware having a cookware content, using induction heating and a water jet, and comprising a washing process having the steps of: heating the cookware during a washing cycle; washing the cookware in the washing cycle with a cold-water jet; drying the cookware after the washing cycle; heat sanitization of the cookware; and steam sanitization of the cookware, whereby the washing process is analyzed by a vision system, the washing process is controlled and adjusted by a controller having parameters varying between each of the cookware content; whereby the parameters are derived from an interfaced cooking apparatus and from a manual input and whereby the vision system serves to regulate a water pressure, a water flow, a heating temperature, and time durations between each of the cookware content, with each of the cookware content having a cooking base, a food contact surface, recipe ingredients cooked, a cooking temperature, and a cooking duration.
PUMP AND DISHWASHER COMPRISING THE SAME
The present disclosure relates to a pump for transmitting washing water and generating steam and a dishwasher including the pump. The pump includes a housing; a washing water inlet pipe coupled to the housing to receive washing water; a washing water outlet pipe coupled to the housing to discharge the washing water; an impeller disposed in the housing to discharge the washing water from the washing water inlet pipe to the washing water outlet pipe; a heater coupled to the housing to heat the washing water in the housing and generate steam; a steam discharge pipe to discharge the steam generated by the heater; and a selector valve coupled to the steam discharge pipe to block the discharge of the washing water and allow the steam to be discharged, thereby preventing the discharge of washing water through the steam discharge pipe.

The present disclosure relates to a pump for transmitting washing water and generating steam and a dishwasher including the pump. A household dishwasher includes: a washing water spray nozzle module disposed on an area of inner surfaces of a washing chamber and spraying washing water, which is supplied from a water supply tube, into the washing chamber; a steam generation module disposed in the washing chamber and supplying steam into the washing chamber using the washing water supplied from the washing water spray nozzle module; an induction module disposed on an outer surface of the washing chamber and heating the washing water supplied in the washing chamber; an ultrasonic vibration module disposed on an outer surface of the washing chamber and applying ultrasonic vibration to the washing water in the washing chamber to perform ultrasonic washing; and a controller disposed in a body and controlling operational relationships of internal components in response to washing order signals from a user.
PUMP AND DISHWASHER COMPRISING THE SAME
A pump sends washing water and generates steam in order to wash the dishes or the cooking utensils, and a dishwasher including the same. The pump includes a housing, an impeller disposed inside the housing and configured to flow washing water, and a heater coupled to a lower side of the housing and configured to generate steam by heating the washing water in the housing. The housing includes a pump lower portion configured to receive the washing water based on rotation of the impeller, and a pump upper portion configured to discharge the washing water based on rotation of the impeller and to discharge the steam generated by the heater.
DISHWASHER
The present disclosure relates to a dishwasher for washing the dishes and the cooking utensils by spraying washing water and steam. The dishwasher according to an embodiment of the present invention includes a tub which accommodates a washing object, a sump which is disposed in a bottom of the tub and stores washing water, a spray arm which sprays the washing water into the tub, a washing pump which sends the washing water stored in the sump to the spray arm, and a check valve which is disposed between the sump and the washing pump and opened in a direction of the washing pump from the sump.
