DISHWASHER WITH HEAT PUMP
The present disclosure relates to a dishwasher having a heat pump, including a dishwasher body provided with a tub configured with a washing space therein and a sump provided at a bottom of the tub to temporarily accommodate washing water; a heat pump having a compressor, an evaporator, an expansion apparatus, and a sump condenser provided inside the sump to exchange heat with washing water inside the sump; and a controller that controls the heat pump to be driven so as to increase the temperature of the washing water inside the sump. As a result, a heating time of washing water may be shortened, thereby suppressing washing time from being prolonged.
DISHWASHER WITH HEAT PUMP
The present disclosure relates to a dishwasher having a heat pump, including a dishwasher body provided with a tub configured with a washing space therein and a sump provided at a bottom of the tub to temporarily accommodate washing water; a washing water storage unit provided in the dishwasher body to store washing water therein; a heat pump having a compressor, an evaporator, an expansion apparatus, and a condenser provided to exchange heat with the washing water of the washing water storage unit; and a controller that controls the heat pump to increase the temperature of the washing water of the washing water storage unit. As a result, a heating time of washing water may be shortened, thereby suppressing a time required for washing dishes from being prolonged.
Flood detection sensor for a dishwasher appliance
A flood detection sensor for a dishwasher appliance is provided. The flood detection sensor includes features that allow for detection of flood events or tub overfills without sacrificing performance or efficiency of the dishwasher during normal operating conditions and for secure mounting to a tub lip of the dishwasher.
DOMESTIC DISHWASHER
A household dishwasher includes a dishwasher cavity which includes a base having a first connection flange, a dishwasher cavity casing connected to the base, and a rear wall connected to both the base and the dishwasher cavity casing. The rear wall includes a second connection flange having at least one section resting against the first connection flange. The second connection flange has a deformation region which projects beyond the first connection flange and is bent in a direction oriented away from the first connection flange in such a way that the deformation region rests against the second connection flange.
Dishwasher with docking arrangement for elevation-adjustable rack
A dishwasher and method for operating the same utilize a docking arrangement for an elevation-adjustable rack. In some instances, a docking arrangement may include one or more rotatable docking ports to rotate a rotatable conduit supported on the rack, and in some instances, a docking arrangement may include a valve body disposed within a docking port and movable between open and closed positions in a direction generally parallel to an axis of insertion of a conduit into a docking port in response to rotation of a drive.
Dish washing machine
Disclosed is a dishwasher (10). The dishwasher (10) comprises a body (101), an air passage (102), catalyst pieces (103) having nanometer titanium dioxide, and an ultraviolet lamp (104) used for emitting ultraviolet light to the catalyst pieces (103). An accommodating cavity (1011) used for accommodating tableware is defined in the body (101). A gas inlet (1012) and a gas outlet (1013) are defined in the wall of the accommodating cavity (1011). An air outlet of the air passage (102) is in communication with the gas inlet (1012), and an air inlet of the air passage (102) is in communication with the gas outlet (1013). The catalyst pieces (103) are disposed in the air passage (102). The ultraviolet lamp (104) is disposed in the air passage (102).
DOMESTIC DISHWASHER AND METHOD FOR TREATING ITEMS TO BE WASHED
A household dishwasher includes a dishwasher cavity defining a treatment chamber, a loading unit accommodated in the treatment chamber for holding items to be washed, a washing apparatus configured to apply washing liquid to the treatment chamber, and a fan wheel mounted in the treatment chamber above the loading unit for rotation in a blow-off operating phase such that the fan wheel draws in air from the treatment chamber, accelerates and moves the air forward and downward as an air flow in the treatment chamber. The air flow strikes a blow-off region at a top of the loading unit and blowing off washing liquid from atop the items being washed.
DISHWASHER WITH ROTATABLE DIVERTER VALVE
A dishwasher and method for operating the same utilize a diverter valve to control via rotation the flow of fluid such as wash fluid or pressurized air to a rotatable conduit supported in the rack of a dishwasher. A valve member may be disposed at a predetermined rotational position about an axis of rotation of the conduit such that a fluid inlet on a rotatable valve body may be rotated to the predetermined rotational position to restrict fluid flow to the conduit.
DISHWASHER WITH CHECK VALVE IN ROTATABLE DOCKING PORT
A dishwasher and method for operating the same utilize a check valve in a rotatable docking port to control the flow of fluid such as wash fluid or pressurized air to a rotatable conduit supported in the rack of a dishwasher.
