Dishwasher
A dishwasher includes a case, injection arms, a sump including an injection flow path coupling portion, a washing pump for supplying washing water stored in the sump to the injection arms, and a switching valve including a flow path distributor for distributing washing water to injection arms. The flow path distributor defines distribution holes. When the flow path distributor is in a reference position, the distribution holes are positioned so that all of the injection arm supply holes are opened, and, when the flow path distributor is rotated by a first angle from a reference position, the distribution holes are positioned so that any one of the injection arm supply holes is opened. The injection flow path coupling portion includes a plurality of support ribs protruded toward the flow path distributor and including a support rib corresponding to at least one of the distribution holes.
DISHWASHER APPLIANCE MAIN CONDUIT WITH PRESSURE RELIEF HOLE
A dishwasher appliance includes a tub that defines a wash chamber for receipt of articles for washing. The dishwasher appliance also includes a lower spray assembly located in the wash chamber and configured to direct a spray of fluid into the wash chamber. The dishwasher appliance further includes an upper spray assembly located in the wash chamber above the lower spray assembly along the vertical direction. The upper spray assembly is configured to direct a spray of fluid into the wash chamber. A sump is positioned at a bottom of the wash chamber for receiving fluid from the wash chamber. The dishwasher appliance further includes a pump in fluid communication with the sump. The pump is configured to draw fluid from the sump. A main conduit extends between the pump and the upper spray assembly. The main conduit includes an upper end and a hole defined in the upper end.
Dishwasher and driving method therefor
A dishwasher includes a dishwashing tub in which dishes are washed; a first tank configured to store therein cold washing water to be used for a next stroke; and a second tank configured to store therein hot washing water, which has been used in the dishwashing tub. The second tank is placed adjacently to the first tank to transfer heat from the stored hot washing water to the cold washing water. An opening is configured to deliver the hot washing water to the dishwashing tub; and a circulation pipe is configured to connect the dishwashing tub and the second tank to enable the hot washing water to circulate between the second tank and the dishwashing tub. A circulation valve is configured to allow the hot washing water to pass therethrough or to block the hot washing water from passing therethrough.
Apparatus, method and system of washing induction cookware using induction heating and high-pressure water jet
A method of washing induction cookware having a cookware content, using induction heating and a water jet, and comprising a washing process having the steps of: heating the cookware during a washing cycle; washing the cookware in the washing cycle with a cold-water jet; drying the cookware after the washing cycle; heat sanitization of the cookware; and steam sanitization of the cookware, whereby the washing process is analyzed by a vision system, the washing process is controlled and adjusted by a controller having parameters varying between each of the cookware content; whereby the parameters are derived from an interfaced cooking apparatus and from a manual input and whereby the vision system serves to regulate a water pressure, a water flow, a heating temperature, and time durations between each of the cookware content, with each of the cookware content having a cooking base, a food contact surface, recipe ingredients cooked, a cooking temperature, and a cooking duration.
Nozzle and dishwasher including the same
A dishwasher including a nozzle capable of widening an injection region of washing water includes a main body, a washing tub provided inside the main body, and a nozzle configured to inject washing water into the inside of the washing tub, wherein the nozzle includes an injection port through which the washing water is injected, a guide portion configured to spirally guide the washing water injected through the injection port, and a leg portion configured to connect the guide portion and the injection port.
Vessel rinsing apparatus
A vessel rinsing apparatus including a mounting base, a fluid discharge member including a plurality of nozzles, a valve member operably coupled to the fluid discharge member and configured to control water flow through the nozzles, and an escutcheon supported by the mounting base.
DOS air barrier with door condensation
A dishwasher system for cleaning dishes may include a dishwasher tub configured to house dishes therein and run a dishwasher cycle, a door assembly configured to selectively seal the dishwasher tub, the door assembly including an inlet nozzle arranged on the inside of the door assembly, the inlet nozzle extending across the width of the door at the top of the door assembly to receive hot and moist air post wash from the dishwasher tub, and a duct fluidly connected to the inlet nozzle and configured to transfer the air through the door assembly and out an outlet nozzle during a drying phase of the dishwasher cycle prior to the door assembly being opened post-cycle.
Apparatus, method and system of washing induction cookware using induction heating and high-pressure water jet
The present invention is a washing apparatus for induction suitable cookware and also involves the method of washing. The apparatus can be incorporated in restaurants, operated manually or incorporated in automatic cooking systems. The apparatus comprises of an induction heating unit, a replaceable water nozzle, a sink, an induction element, a ceramic glass, a pump, an electric motor, a controller, a manual HMI and a vision system.
DISHMACHINE
The present disclosure relates to a dishmachine that includes one or more features directed to water, energy or material savings. The disclosed dishmachines are still capable of meeting the soil demands of the articles to be cleaned.
Dishwasher with dock detection
A method and a dishwasher utilize a dock detection system to determine when a connector of a spray device is docked to a docking port provided on a manifold of the dishwasher. A dock detector is coupled to the docking port and is electrically coupled to a controller of the dishwasher through electrical conductors that extend along the manifold, thereby enabling a dishwasher controller to detect when spray devices are coupled to the manifold, e.g., to optimize a wash cycle to use a particular spray device docked to the docking port.
