DISHWASHER AND CONTROLLING METHOD THEREFOR
The present invention relates to a dishwasher for washing the dishes and the cooking utensils by spraying washing water, and a control method thereof. The control method of a dishwasher according to an embodiment of the present invention includes: a water supply step of opening a water supply valve to supply washing water to the sump; and a variable spray step of spraying the washing water by at least one of the plurality of spray arms by changing the number of revolutions of the washing pump stepwise, so that the washing water can be sprayed evenly.
Dishwasher
A dishwasher is disclosed. The dishwasher includes a cabinet having an opening, a tub provided in the cabinet to accommodate objects for washing, a spray arm for spraying wash water to the objects, a sump for storing wash water, a door for opening and closing the opening, and a first steam nozzle provided at an inner surface of the door to spray steam to the objects.
Detecting operational state of a dishwasher
The present invention relates to a method of and a device (40) for, detecting an operational state of a dishwasher (10), in particular activation of extra wash zones and overfill situations. The device (40) is arranged to operate a motor (22) driving a dishwasher circulation pump (21) at at least one rotational speed differing from a nominal rotational speed and measure operating current of the motor (22) driving the dishwasher circulation pump (21). Further, the device is arranged to determine whether the dishwasher (10) operates in an operational state differing from a nominal operational state based on the measured circulation pump motor operating current.
Dish washer and method for controlling same
Provided are a dish washing machine capable of effectively removing garbage which remains at the bottom of a washing tub and a filter and a method of controlling the same. When washing water is sprayed from a nozzle while a vane is positioned at a reference position during a drainage operation, since a deflection angle of the vane is bent back and the washing water is strongly sprayed toward a rear wall of a washing tub, the washing water may form a fast and strong water current over a bottom plate of the washing tub, and the fast and strong water current may remove garbage which remains at a filter while flowing over the bottom of the washing tub. Also, even when an excessive amount of garbage is accumulated at a filter at a top end of a sump and blocks the filter during a washing operation such as preliminary washing, main washing, etc., the filter is automatically washed using a small amount of water, thereby eliminating inconvenience of a user to directly separate and wash the filter. Also, washing performance may be effectively improved by precisely determining whether degradation in washing performance caused by a poor circulation of washing water occurs due to a filter blockage or generation of bubbles.
HEAVY DUTY WASHING APPARATUS
A heavy duty washing apparatus for cleaning cooking substrates including hotplates and grills comprising: a. a self-contained housing allowing readily movability; b. a plurality of functionally interconnected stations for receiving supply of water, a chemical cleaning agent composition and a pressurised fluid; c. a pressurising station and a temperature conditioning station; d. a foam generator in the housing using controlling feeds from the plurality of interconnected stations and functionally engaging with the pressurising station and the temperature conditioning station for providing an effective chemical cleaning agent composition for conditioning one or more of the supply of water, the chemical cleaning agent composition and the pressurised fluid and e. a washing compartment adapted to receive one or more of the cooking substrates in a stackable substantially planar spaced array; wherein the effective chemical cleaning agent composition allows for cleaning over an effective cleaning time in a chemical, aerobic and physical manner cooking residues on the cooking substrates by retaining of said foam layer for a predetermined period in contact with the cooking surfaces, and rinsing the foam layer with preselected conditioned high temperature and/or pressurised water to remove chemical and food residues.
Dishwasher
A dishwasher includes a cabinet having a tub, a pump and at least one spray arm. The at least one spray arm has a flow path guide and first and second flow channels separated from each other. The flow path guide has a first opening to allow wash water to flow to the first flow channel and a second opening to allow wash water to flow to the second flow channel. A valve is coupled to the flow path guide and is configured to open or close one of the first opening and the second opening. The valve includes a rotatable float. The rotatable float closes the first opening while opening the second opening at a first point in time, and the rotatable float rotates to open the second opening while closing the second opening at a second point in time.
Dishwasher comprising a spray arm arrangement
A dishwasher may include a spray arm arrangement and a washing chamber. The spray arm arrangement may include a spray arm arranged to rotate around a first axis of rotation within said washing chamber. The spray arm may be provided with one or more spray nozzles arranged to spray washing liquid into said washing chamber. The dishwasher may also include a mechanical switch for detecting an angular position of said spray arm. The spray arm arrangement may further include an activating device arranged to rotate with said spray arm, which activating device may include at least one activating structure arranged to cyclically activate said mechanical switch during rotation of said spray arm.
Dishwasher and method for controlling same
The present invention relates to a dishwasher and a method for controlling same, and the dishwasher may comprise a wash tub having an opening on at least one side thereof; a spray nozzle, provided in the interior of the wash tub, for spraying wash water; a reflecting module capable of moving in the interior of the wash tub, and reflecting the wash water sprayed by the spray nozzle; and a moving module, to which the reflecting module is detachably attached, for moving same in at least one direction.
Adapter and spray assembly for a dishwasher appliance
Adapters and spray arm assemblies for dishwasher appliances are provided. An adapter defines an axial direction, a radial direction, and a circumferential direction. The adapter includes a base unit. The base unit includes an inlet housing defining an inlet annulus. The base unit further includes a first conduit extending from the inlet housing and comprising a passage defined between an inlet and an outlet. The base unit further includes a second conduit extending from the inlet housing and comprising a passage defined between an inlet and an outlet. The entire passage of the first conduit and the entire passage of the second conduit each extend at an angle to the axial direction of less than or equal to 60 degrees.
