The present invention relates to a composition comprising methylene malonate monomer and polymer and its use in construction field. Particularly, the invention relates to a composition comprising Component I comprising at least one methylene malonate monomer (A), at least one polymer (B) and at least one acidic stabilizer (C), and Component II comprising at least one alkali accelerator, to the preparation thereof, and to the use of the composition as a protective and/or reinforcement material, particularly used in underground constructions.
Dry construction composition wet-sprayable by means of a screw pump and containing a binder and a biosourced filler, and preparation and uses of such a composition
A dry construction composition is easily wet-sprayable by means of a screw pump, thus forming, after hardening, a durably mechanically resistant insulating material (λ<0.1 W.Math.m−1.Math.K−1). The composition contains: —A— at least one binder, itself including: —A1— at least one main binder containing lime and/or at least one alumina source and/or at least one calcium sulfate source, preferably at least one alumina source, —A2— at least one water-retaining agent, and —A3— preferably at least one surfactant; and —B— at least one biosourced filler, preferably of plant origin. The ratio B/A (liters/kg) is between 2 and 9. The composition is intended to be mixed with water in a water/binder ratio —A— of no lower than 0.8. Also disclosed is a wet composition, the preparation thereof, to the binder —A— taken in isolation, and to a method of spraying the composition onto a horizontal or vertical substrate or by molding.
Solid Cement Construction Panel
A solid cement construction panel includes an interior core filling sandwiched between two exterior faces to form a composite panel. The interior core filling is constructed to have a high strength cement, EPS (expanded polystyrene) foam, fly ash, sand particles and water, wherein the interior core filling has properties of heat preservation and soundproof. Each of the exterior faces is made of fiber reinforced material having properties of light weight, heat insulation, fireproof, and waterproof and moisture-proof.

A dry construction composition that is easily wet-sprayed by a screw pump to form an insulating and mechanically resistant material after hardening comprises: at least one binder that includes at least one primary binder comprising lime and/or at least one source of alumina and/or at least one source of calcium sulfate, at least one water retention agent, and preferably at least one surfactant; and at least one plant-based bio-based filler based on sunflower stalk and/or corn stalk and/or rape stalk, having a Bulk Density (BD) in kg/m.sup.3 that is less than 110. The ratio of the binder to the filler is between 2 and 9 in liters/kg. The composition can be mixed with water in a ratio of water/binder that is greater than or equal to 0.8 to form a wet composition. The wet composition can be sprayed onto a horizontal or vertical substrate or molded to a desired shape.
PENETRATION PART FIREPROOF COATING MATERIAL
A penetration part fireproof covering material used when a penetration part covered for fireproof is formed in a fireproof beam that is a fireproof constructional member that constitutes a wooden building, wherein the penetration part fireproof covering material is formed to have a tubular shape by stacking a plurality of gypsum board pieces (13a) formed from gypsum boards in a thickness direction and unitarily connecting the plurality of gypsum board pieces. UTILIZATION OF HEAVY OIL FLY ASH TO PRODUCE CONTROLLED LOW STRENGTH MATERIAL FOR BACKFILLING APPLICATIONS
A controlled low strength material has constituents that include a cement, an aggregate, a heavy oil fly ash, and a water. The controlled low strength material has a compressive strength in a range of 300 kPa to 2.1 MPa. In certain embodiments, the heavy oil fly ash can be part of a heavy oil fly ash slurry.
Inorganic fire protection and insulation foam and use thereof
A hydraulically binding composition can be used to produce an inorganic fire-protection and/or insulation foam. The composition includes: (i) a hydraulic binder, (ii) a blowing-agent mixture, (iii) a thermally expandable compound, and (iv) optionally a foam stabilizer, where the at least one thermally expandable compound, depending on a particle size thereof and an adjusted density of a foamed composition, is present in a quantity such that a foam structure of the foamed composition is not destroyed by expansion thereof during heating of the composition above an onset temperature thereof.

COMPOSITE MATERIAL AND PROCESS FOR MANUFACTURING SAME
There is provided composite materials that include a plastic polymer and gypsum for use as a building material and methods of fabricating the building material. The composite material can include a foaming agent configured to reduce the density of the composite material. The composite material can be extruded or injection molded into a building material form that can include an elongated, rectangular form. The building material can be used as a wood replacement for wooden building materials. The plastic polymer can include linear low-density polyethylene (LLDPE), low-density polyethylene (LDPE), high-density polyethylene (HDPE), and/or acrylonitrile butadiene styrene (ABS). The composite material can include a filler, such as wood flour or saw dust.
