A dielectric composition of the first and second side margin portions is different from a dielectric composition of the ceramic body, and a dielectric constant of the first and second side margin portions is lower than a dielectric constant of the ceramic body.
CEMENT-BASED CALCINED BOARD-SHAPED CONSTRUCTION MATERIAL
An object of the present invention is to obtain a cement-based calcined board-shaped construction material having improved impact resistance.
The cement-based calcined board-shaped construction material of the present invention is characterized by being produced by adding 0.5 to 5 wt % of a ceramic inorganic fiber and/or a mineral inorganic fiber to 100 wt % of a compound comprising 5 to 40 wt % of Portland cement, 5 to 30 wt % of a glass powder, and a remainder occupied by a refractory aggregate mainly composed of a silica-alumina refractory raw material, kneading the resulting material, then shaping the kneaded material into an elongated board shape by extrusion, and subsequently calcining the shaped material.
Also, it is the cement-based calcined board-shaped construction material which is produced by sticking a glass fiber sheet to the rear side of the cement-based calcined board-shaped construction material.

Provided is a method of analyzing a diffraction pattern of a mixture, the method including: a first step of fitting, through use of a fitting pattern including a term obtained by multiplying a known target pattern indicating a target component by a first intensity ratio, and a term obtained by multiplying an unknown pattern indicating a residual group consisting of one or more residual components by a second intensity ratio, and having the first intensity ratio, the second intensity ratio, and the unknown pattern as fitting parameters, the fitting pattern to the observed pattern by changing the first and the second intensity ratio in a state where the unknown pattern is set to an initial pattern; and a second step of fitting the fitting pattern to the observed pattern by changing the unknown pattern while restricting the changes of the first and the second intensity ratio.
Methods for Producing Seed for Growth of Hollow Spheres
Methods and apparatus are disclosed for producing seeds that are transformed into hollow spheres. A seed includes a core and a coating. Upon heating, the coating becomes viscous and expands responsive to an internal gas pressure created by the core. Example applications for the seeds and/or cores are disclosed, including bricks and other construction materials having the hollow spheres incorporated therein.
Dielectric composition and multilayer electronic component including the same
A dielectric composition includes one of BaTiO.sub.3, (Ba,Ca) (Ti,Ca)O.sub.3, (Ba,Ca) (Ti,Zr)O.sub.3, Ba(Ti,Zr)O.sub.3 and (Ba,Ca) (Ti,Sn)O.sub.3, as a main component, a first subcomponent including a rare earth element, and a second subcomponent including at least one of a variable valence acceptor element and a fixed valence acceptor element. When a sum of contents of the rare earth element is defined as DT and a sum of contents of the variable valence acceptor element and the fixed valence acceptor element is defined as AT, (DT/AT)/(Ba+Ca) satisfies more than 0.5 and less than 6.0. In addition, a multilayer electronic component including the dielectric composition is provided.
