A water jacket is arranged outside the horizontal drum. The stirring and anti-sticking device is positioned in the horizontal drum which is disposed on the power supporting wheel set. The boiler system includes a shot water boiler, a circulating water pump, a three-way electric regulation valve and an electromagnetic valve.
