Deconstructed floor mat
A multi-component floor mat has a base or frame layer, intended to be positioned on the floor, that is dimensioned to accommodate a flexible textile mat or rug top layer portion that is releasably held in place on or in the base or frame layer by an attachment coupling feature associated with one or both portions, thereby allowing for the easy removal or replacement of the textile top layer of the mat and its economical laundering.
SYSTEMS AND METHODS FOR LEAD-INS FOR ANTI-FATIGUE FLOOR MATS
Examples of the present disclosure are related systems and methods for lead-ins for anti-fatigue floor mats. More particularly, embodiments disclose lead-ins with tapered ends with variable heights that transition from a floor level to a mat surface level to enable drop stitch-mats to be used in residential and commercial areas.
Doormat device for cleaning shoe sole
The present disclosure provides an automatic doormat device for detecting and replenishing contaminated surface to keep contaminants from entering the house. An exemplary doormat device comprises a sticky sheet configured to adhesively pick up contaminants; a first roller configured to support windings of the sticky sheet; a second roller, spaced apart from the first roller, configured to wind the sticky sheet unwound from the first roller in rotation; a case configured to enclose the first roller and the second roller and support the sticky sheet on a portion exposed between the first roller and the second roller; and a drive motor configured to generate a driving force for rotating the second roller.

Systems and methods for footwear sole debris cleaning and sanitization
A footwear sole cleaning and sanitizing system including a housing having a top surface, first side positioned adjacent to a user entry portal, a second side positioned adjacent to a user exit portal, and railing mounted on the top surface. The system includes a debris remover arranged to remove debris from the footwear sole and a sanitizer arranged to remove contaminants from the footwear sole. The system further includes sensors arranged to generate sensor data based on a detected position of the footwear sole, a user interface arranged to provide cues to the user during operations of the device, and a controller arranged to: i) receive the sensor data from the sensors; i) control operations of the debris remover and sanitizer in response to the received sensor data, and iii) send cue instructions associated with the one or more cues to the user interface.
Cleaning and disinfecting items
Devices, systems and methods for cleaning and disinfecting footwear items are disclosed herein. In an aspect, an apparatus is disclosed comprising an ultraviolet light element configured to emit ultraviolet light toward a top covering element configured to receive one or more contaminated item, wherein the ultraviolet light element is located within a lower frame element. In another aspect, a grating element is disclosed comprising a frame of bars configured to support the one or more contaminated item; wherein the grating element is a ceiling enclosure portion of the lower frame element. In yet another aspect, a brush frame element mounted to an underside of the grating element is disclosed, wherein the brush frame element comprises a set of brush strips configured to protrude through at least one space between the frame bars.
MODULAR DOORMAT
A modular doormat having at least one profile having an elongated configuration, the profile being shaped in the form of a channel in accordance with a “U”-shaped transverse cross section; a covering element located in the channel and disposed for the contact thereof with the soles of footwear; first coupling device disposed in correspondence with one elongated side of the profile; second coupling device disposed in correspondence with another elongated side of the profile, the first coupling device and the second coupling device being mutually complementary; and adhesion device, the adhesion device being disposed adhering to an external, lower surface of the profile. The at least one profile may be disposed attached to a surface by the adhesion device.
DOOR MAT
A door mat includes a body having an inclined top surface and a visual indicator defined in the inclined top surface having a first visual appearance from a first view of the door mat and a second visual appearance from a second view of the door mat.
Floor Mat with Hidden Base Component
This invention relates to a washable multi-component magnetic floor mat with a hidden base component. The floor mat contains a textile component and a base component. The textile component and the base component are attached to one another by magnetic attraction. The magnetic attraction is provided by incorporation of magnetic particles in both the textile and base components. The textile component is designed to be soiled, washed, and re-used, thereby providing ideal end-use applications in areas such as building entryways. The present invention eliminates the need to wash the base component of the floor mat which results in environmental, cost and labor conservation. Alignment and deployment of the textile component with the base component in an efficient manner is also described herein.
APPARATUS FOR CLEANING FOOTWEAR
An apparatus for cleaning, sanitizing and/or disinfecting footwear. The apparatus comprises a set of brushes defining a footwear receiving space. A plurality of water carrying channels are provided for directing water into the footwear receiving space through said set of brushes. A soiled water receiving tank is provided for collecting soiled water from the footwear receiving space. The apparatus is arranged such that relative movement of a piece of footwear received in the footwear receiving space with respect to the set of brushes in the presence of water being directed into the footwear receiving space via the plurality of water carrying channels cleans at least one surface of the received piece of footwear.
