The claimed invention provides preparations of benzocycloheptene analogues, inhibitors of PI3K and MK2, pharmaceutical compositions containing them and their use in therapy. The compounds of Formula I, II, III, IV, V and VI may be used as anti type 2 diabetes, antipyretic, anti-inflammatory, antiepileptic, anticancer, antiulcer, CNS-stimulant, and CNS-depressant. These benzocycloheptene derivatives are useful in treatment of PI3K and MK2 related disorders.
