INHIBITORS OF THE N-TERMINAL DOMAIN OF THE ANDROGEN RECEPTOR
The present disclosure provides compounds and methods for inhibiting or degrading the N-terminal domain of the androgen receptor, as well as methods for treating cancers such as prostate cancer.
IAP binding compounds
IAP binding molecules and compositions including these are disclosed. The IAP binding molecules interact with IAPs (inhibitor of apoptosis proteins) in cells and may be used to modify apoptosis in cells treated with such molecules. Embodiments of these compounds have a K.sub.d of less than 0.1 micromolar. Methods of using these IAP binding molecules for therapeutic, diagnostic, and assay purposed are also disclosed.

For example, methods of treating epilepsy by administering a fenfluramine analog to a subject in need thereof are provided. Also provided are methods of suppressing appetite in a subject in need thereof. Pharmaceutical compositions for use in practicing the subject methods are also provided.
