HEPATITIS B TREATMENT VACCINE BASE ON INACTIVATED WHOLE RECOMBINANT HANSENULA POLYMORPHA CELLS WHICH EXPRESSES HBSAG AND HBCAG
Provided is a hepatitis B treatment vaccine based on an inactivated whole recombinant Hansenula polymorpha cell which expresses HBsAg and HBcAg. An HBsAgVLP and an HBcAgVLP expressed in the recombinant Hansenula polymorpha cell are used as antigens, the amino acid sequence of the HBsAg expressed by the recombinant Hansenula polymorpha contains a total of 19 CTL epitopes, the amino acid sequence of the HBcAg expressed by the recombinant Hansenula polymorpha contains a total of 19 CTL epitopes, and the inactivated whole recombinant Hansenula polymorpha cell is used as an adjuvant.
ASSAY METHOD AND ASSAY KIT FOR HEPATITIS B VIRUS S ANTIGEN
Disclosed is a highly sensitive assay method and assay kit for HBsAg, which do not require treatment with a strong acid or alkali in the sample pretreatment, and which is less susceptible to influences by the autoantibodies. The assay method for hepatitis B virus s antigen in a sample separated from a living body includes: a pretreatment step of mixing a sample with a pretreatment reagent containing a reducing agent, to reduce hepatitis B virus s antigen; and an immunoassay step of subjecting the pretreated sample to an immunoassay of hepatitis B virus s antigen using at least one antibody or antigen-binding fragment thereof capable of antigen-antibody reaction with a reduced peptide composed of the amino acids at positions 98 to 179 of hepatitis B virus s antigen.
Recombinant Hansenula polymorpha-based high dosage hepatitis B vaccine
Provided is a recombinant Hansenula polymorpha-based high dosage hepatitis B vaccine, an HBsAg pure stock solution yield of a recombinant Hansenula polymorpha fermentation broth used for producing the hepatitis B vaccine being 300 mg/L-400 mg/L.

Therapeutic Drug for Non-Alcoholic Fatty Liver Disease
The disclosure relates to therapeutic medicaments for nonalcoholic fatty liver disease. Specifically, the disclosure relates to use of a polypeptide comprising an amino acid sequence derived from hepatitis B virus (HBV) or a pharmaceutical composition comprising the polypeptide in the manufacture of a medicament for treating or preventing nonalcoholic fatty liver disease.
Fusion proteins and use thereof for preparing vaccines
An immunogenic fusion protein includes at least the following two peptides a) on the C-terminal side, a first peptide constituted of: the amino acid sequence of the protein S or the protein M of a human hepatitis B virus (HBV) isolate, which protein S or protein M is optionally deleted at the N-terminal end thereof, and b) on the N-terminal side, a second peptide constituted of: the sequence of amino acids of at least one transmembrane domain and the ectodomain of at least one protein of a Zika virus isolate selected from the envelope protein E or a fusion peptide including the envelope protein E and the protein prM.
HCV NS4a/modified NS3 polypeptides and uses thereof
Modified hepatitis C virus polypeptides are described. The polypeptides include the HCV NS4a domain and modified NS3 domain. The polypeptides retain conformational epitopes. HCV immunoassays including the polypeptides are also described.
