PDL1-binding proteins

This invention relates generally to molecules that specifically engage 41BB, a member of the TNF receptor superfamily (TNFRSF). More specifically, this invention relates to multivalent and multispecific molecules that bind at least 41BB.

Dysfunctional antigen-specific CD8.SUP.+ .T cells in the tumor microenvironment

Provided herein are compositions and methods for detecting and/or targeting dysfunctional tumor antigen-specific CD8.sup.+ T cells in the tumor microenvironment for diagnostic, therapeutic and/or research applications. In particular, dysfunctional tumor antigen-specific CD8.sup.+ T cells are detected and/or targeted via their expression of cell surface receptors described herein, such as 4-1BB, LAG-3, or additional markers that correlate with 4-1BB and LAG-3 expression, such as markers differentially expressed on the surface of the T cells.

INTERFERON-ASSOCIATED ANTIGEN BINDING PROTEINS FOR USE IN TREATING HEPATITIS B INFECTION
20230028476 · 2023-01-26 ·

The present invention relates to novel interferon-associated antigen binding proteins as well as nucleic acids and expression vectors encoding such interferon-associated antigen binding proteins for use in therapy, more particularly for use in treating hepatitis B virus (HBV) infection. The present invention also relates to pharmaceutical compositions comprising such interferon-associated antigen binding proteins or nucleic acids or expression vectors for use in therapy, more particularly for use in treating hepatitis B virus (HBV) infection. The present invention further provides methods of treatment using such interferon-associated antigen binding proteins or nucleic acids or expression vectors or pharmaceutical compositions. Said novel interferon-associated antigen binding proteins afford beneficial improvements over the current state of the art, for example in that they effectively disrupt viral replication and thereby reduce HBV viral load.

ANTI-IDIOTYPIC ANTIBODIES TO BCMA-TARGETED BINDING DOMAINS AND RELATED COMPOSITIONS AND METHODS

Provided are anti-idiotype antibodies that specifically recognize anti-BCMA antibody moieties, in particular, anti-BC-MA antibody moieties present in recombinant receptors, including chimeric antigen receptors (CARs). The disclosure further relates to uses of antiidiotype antibodies for specifically identifying and/or selecting cells expressing such recombinant receptors, such as anti-BCMA CAR T cells. The disclosure further relates to uses of anti-idiotype antibodies for specifically activating such cells.

TREATMENT OF CANCER WITH ANTI-OX40 ANTIBODIES AND MULTI-KINASE INHIBITORS
20230022859 · 2023-01-26 ·

The present disclosure provides methods of treating cancer with non-competitive, agonist anti-OX40 antibodies and antigen-binding fragments thereof that bind to human OX40 (ACT35, CD134, or TNFRSF4), in combination with a multi-kinase inhibitor.

BCMA-DIRECTED CELLULAR IMMUNOTHERAPY COMPOSITIONS AND METHODS

Provided for herein in several embodiments are immune cell-based compositions comprising BCMA-directed chimeric antigen receptors (CAR). In several embodiments, the immune-cell based compositions also target an additional tumor marker and/or an additional epitope of BCMA. In several embodiments, the BCMA-directed CAR is expressed in a Natural Killer cell. In several embodiments, combinations of BCMA-CAR-expressing NK cells are administered in conjunction with, for example CAR-expressing NK cells and/or CAR-expressing T cells that are directed to an additional cancer marker and/or an additional epitope of BCMA. Also provided for herein are methods and uses of the chimeric antigen receptors in immunotherapy.

ANTI-TCR DELTA VARIABLE 1 ANTIBODIES

The present invention provides high-affinity anti-TCR delta variable 1 (anti-Vδ1) antibodies and antibody fragments thereof. The present invention also provides compositions and pharmaceutical compositions comprising such antibodies, and method of making such antibodies. The present invention also provides methods of treatment and medical uses involving the antibodies.

METHODS AND COMPOSITIONS FOR INHIBITING CD32B EXPRESSING CELLS IN IGG4-RELATED DISEASES

The present invention relates to immunoglobulins that bind FcγRIIb+ cells and coengage the antigen on the cell's surface and an FcγRIIb on the cell's surface, methods for their generation, and methods for using the immunoglobulins.

METHODS OF TREATING SKIN CANCER BY ADMINISTERING A PD-1 INHIBITOR
20230227542 · 2023-07-20 ·

The present invention provides methods for treating, reducing the severity, or inhibiting the growth of cancer (e.g., skin cancer). The methods of the present invention comprise administering to a subject in need thereof a therapeutically effective amount of a programmed death 1 (PD-1) antagonist (e.g., an anti-PD-1 antibody). In certain embodiments, the skin cancer is cutaneous squamous cell carcinoma or basal cell carcinoma.

COMBINATION THERAPY OF CANCER INVOLVING MULTI-SPECIFIC BINDING PROTEINS THAT BIND NKG2D, CD16, AND A TUMOR-ASSOCIATED ANTIGEN

Combination therapy of a cancer with a multi-specific binding protein that bind a tumor associated antigen, the NKG2D receptor, and CD16, in combination with a second anti-cancer agent are described. Also described are pharmaceutical compositions of the multi-specific binding protein, and therapeutic methods useful for the treatment of cancer in combination with a second anti-cancer agent.
