NOVEL METHODS OF TREATING NEUTORPENIA USING G-CSF PROTEIN COMPLEX

This disclosure provides a method of preventing, alleviating or treating a condition (i.e., neutropenia) in a subject in need thereof, the condition characterized by compromised white blood cell production in the subject. The method includes administering to the subject a therapeutically effective amount of a protein complex on the same day as a chemotherapy regimen, wherein the protein complex is a modified human granulocyte-colony stimulating factor (hG-CSF) covalently linked to an immunoglobulin Fc region via a non-peptidyl polymer. The non-peptidyl polymer is site-specifically linked to an N-terminus of the immunoglobulin Fc region, and the modified hG-CSF comprises substitutions in at least one of Cys17 and Pro65.

ANTI-MET ANTIBODIES AND USES THEREOF
20220153850 · 2022-05-19 ·

The invention relates to agonistic anti-MET antibodies and uses thereof in the therapeutic treatment of disease. The antibodies bind with high affinity to the human and mouse hepatocyte growth factor (HGF) receptor, also known as MET, and are agonists of MET in both humans and mice, producing molecular and cellular effects resembling the effects of HGF binding.

Heterodimeric antibodies that bind CD3 and tumor antigens

The present invention is directed to novel heterodimeric antibodies.

NON-HUMAN ANIMALS THAT SELECT FOR LIGHT CHAIN VARIABLE REGIONS THAT BIND ANTIGEN
20210355238 · 2021-11-18 ·

Non-human animals, cells, methods and compositions for making and using the same are provided, wherein the non-human animals and cells comprise an immunoglobulin heavy chain locus that includes unrearranged human immunoglobulin light chain gene segments and an immunoglobulin light chain locus that includes a single rearranged human light chain variable region nucleotide sequence. The unrearranged human light chain gene segments may be operably linked to a heavy chain constant region nucleotide sequence and the rearranged human immunoglobulin light chain variable region nucleotide sequence may be operably linked to a light chain constant region nucleotide sequence. Also provided are methods for obtaining nucleic acid sequences that encode immunoglobulin light chain variable domains capable of binding an antigen in the absence of a cognate variable domain, and expressing such nucleic acid sequences in a host cell, e.g., to generate a multispecific antigen-binding protein.

BISPECIFIC ANTIBODY

A novel antibody that can be used as an anti-tumor agent and an anti-tumor agent that comprises, as an active ingredient, a molecule containing such an antibody.

NOVEL HETERODIMERIC PROTEINS

The invention provides novel heterodimeric proteins including heterodimeric antibodies.

Method for promoting efficiency of purification of Fc region-containing polypeptide

It was discovered that, by preparing an Fc region of an Fc region-containing polypeptide in which the first polypeptide chain of the Fc region binds to a Protein A resin, but the second polypeptide chain of the Fc region does not bind to the resin or shows weak binding to it, the amount of the Fc region-containing polypeptide bound per volume of the resin is increased, and more efficient purification of the above-mentioned Fc region-containing polypeptide is possible.

HETERODIMERIC ANTIBODIES THAT BIND CD3 AND TUMOR ANTIGENS

The present invention is directed to novel heterodimeric antibodies.
