METHOD FOR FUNCTIONALISING A STEREO-REGULAR POLYDIENE
Disclosed is a functionalizing method for the end functionalisation of trans-1, 4 stereo-regular polydiene chains obtained by the coordination catalytic polymerisation of at least one conjugated diene monomer. It also relates to a polydiene having a trans-1,4 chain formation rate of at least 85%, preferably at least 90%, and an end functionalisation rate higher than 70%, preferably higher than 80%, and more preferably higher than 90%.
Insulating glass sealants based on polyurethanes and organically-modified nanoclays
Curable compositions are prepared using polyisocyanates, hydrophobic hydroxyl-terminated polymers (such as hydroxyl-terminated polyfarnesenes and hydroxyl-terminated polydienes) and organically-modified nanoclays, optionally in combination with chain extenders and/or urethane catalysts. When cured, the compositions yield polyurethane-based sealants useful in insulating glass units which have improved (lowered) moisture vapor transmission rate values as a consequence of the inclusion of the organically-modified nanoclays.

POLYTERPENE FILM FORMER FOR COSMETIC APPLICATIONS
The present disclosure provides a personal care composition comprising at least one terpene polymer with a weight average molecular weight greater than 3,000 g/mol that when formulated into the composition for personal care, delivers color transfer resistance, even when exposed to water, and/or food oil. The personal care composition comprising at least one terpene polymer can be combined with components typically used in personal care to provide personal care formulations.
