Fluorine-containing Mixture Material and Fluorine-containing Super-oleophobic Microporous Membrane Using Same as Raw Material, and Preparation Method therefor and Use thereof
This disclosure provides a fluorine-containing mixture and a fluorine-containing super-oleophobic microporous membrane using the fluorine-containing mixture as a raw material, as well as preparation methods and applications for the fluorine-containing mixture and the fluorine-containing super-oleophobic microporous membrane. The fluorine-containing mixture of the present disclosure comprises, by weight percentage, the following components: Component A: 50%˜90%; Component B: 3%˜25%; Component C: 0%˜35%; Component D: 0%˜3%; wherein Component A comprises high molecular weight polytetrafluoroethylene homopolymer or copolymer dispersion resin; Component B comprises one or more fluorine-containing alkyl acrylate monomers; Component C comprises one or more fluorine-free acrylates; Component D comprises high temperature free radical initiator. There's no need to add inflammable or explosive lubricating oil, making the process highly safe; and the obtained fluorine-containing super-oleophobic microporous membrane has high waterproof, air-permeable, oil-resistant and washable performance, in line with the needs of a new generation of waterproof and air-permeable protective clothing.
COMPOSITION CONTAINING FLUORINE-CONTAINING POLYMER AND CROSSLINKED ARTICLE
A composition containing a fluorine-containing polymer and a silicon oxide represented by formula: SiO.sub.x, where 0<x<2. In a preferred embodiment, the composition contains a cross-linking agent. Also disclosed is a crosslinked product which may be a sealing material obtained by crosslinking the composition.

An aqueous dispersion containing: a fluoroolefin (a) represented by the following general formula (1); a surfactant (c) represented by the following general formula (2); and a dispersion medium containing water, wherein the aqueous dispersion has a cumulant diameter of 250 to 2,000 nm, and the aqueous dispersion has a pH of 2.0 to 7.0:

Method of making cured parts
The invention pertains to a method of making cured parts from a composition comprising certain fluoroelastomers and certain bromine-containing compounds under conditions suitable for delivering cured parts possessing outstanding mechanical and sealing properties and incorporating suitable amounts of bromine-containing compounds, so that these cured parts, when submitted to wear/damage would release Br-containing compounds, which can easily detected using appropriate analytical techniques, so as to monitor and anticipate critical failures thereof.

The method for producing crosslinked rubber of the present invention is a method for producing crosslinked rubber, which comprises crosslinking a fluorinated copolymer in a composition containing the fluorinated copolymer, a crosslinking agent, a crosslinking co-agent and an acid acceptor, wherein the fluorinated copolymer is a copolymer having units based on tetrafluoroethylene and units based on propylene, in the composition, the content of the crosslinking agent is from 0.03 to 1.5 parts by mass to 100 parts by mass of the fluorinated copolymer, the content of the crosslinking co-agent is from 0.1 to 3.5 parts by mass to 100 parts by mass of the fluorinated copolymer, and the total light transmittance of the crosslinked rubber is from 60 to 100%.
