A laminate film comprising a substrate film and a cured film that is a cured curable composition disposed on one surface or both surfaces of the substrate film is disclosed. Provided are: a curable composition having excellent photolithographic properties and resin elution properties; a cured product of the curable composition; and a curing method of the curable composition. The curable composition is characterized by including: (A) at least one selected from the group consisting of a water-soluble polyfunctional (meth)acrylates and water-soluble polyfunctional (meth)acrylamides; and (B) a photosensitive group-containing water-soluble polymer. The water-soluble polyfunctional (meth)acrylates are preferably compounds represented by Formula (I) below, and the water-soluble polyfunctional (meth)acrylamides are preferably compounds represented by Formula (II) below. In Formulae (I) and (II), R.sup.1 represents a hydrogen atom, a methyl group, or a halogen atom; X.sup.1 represents an alkylene group having 1 to 6 carbon atoms that is optionally substituted with a hydroxy group; A represents an n-valent organic group; R.sup.11 represents a hydrogen atom or an alkyl group having 1 to 4 carbon atoms; m represents a number of 1 to 30; n represents a number of 2 to 12; and t represents a number of 2 to 12.

Provided are: a curable composition having excellent photolithographic properties and resin elution properties; a cured product of the curable composition; and a curing method of the curable composition. The curable composition is characterized by including: (A) at least one selected from the group consisting of a water-soluble polyfunctional (meth)acrylates and water-soluble polyfunctional (meth)acrylamides; and (B) a photosensitive group-containing water-soluble polymer. A composition for forming an adhesive film for imprinting, includes a compound 1 or a compound group 2; and a solvent, in which the compound 1 and the like is a compound decomposable into two or more compounds in a case where a polarity conversion group is treated, and at least one compound has a molecular weight of 30 to 400, and at least one compound has a molecular weight of 1,000 or more, the compound 1: a compound is a resin having a polymerizable group and a polarity conversion group, in which the resin has the polarity conversion group in at least a main chain or a side chain, the polarity conversion group is bonded to the main chain of the resin via a linking group in a case where the polarity conversion group is provided in the side chain, and the number of atoms constituting a chain of the linking group is 8 or more; and the compound group 2: a compound that has a polymerizable group and does not have a polarity conversion group, and a compound that does not have a polymerizable group and has a polarity conversion group.

The antifouling film includes: a substrate; and a polymer layer disposed on a surface of the substrate and including on a surface thereof an uneven structure provided with projections at a pitch not longer than a wavelength of visible light, the polymer layer being a cured product of a polymerizable composition, the polymerizable composition containing, in terms of active components, 30 to 80 wt % of a polyfunctional acrylate, 10 to 30 wt % of a monofunctional amide monomer, 0.5 to 10 wt % of a fluorine-based release agent, and 5 to 30 wt % of a vinyl-based polymer containing a repeat unit represented by a predetermined formula.
