High performance photocurable optically clear adhesive
The present invention is an optically clear, curable adhesive including a polyvinylbutyral, a polyurethane (meth)acrylate, and a photoinitiator. The polyvinylbutyral has a dynamic viscosity of between about 9 and about 13 mPa.Math.s and a polyvinyl alcohol weight percent of less than about 18%. The polyurethane (meth)acrylate includes the reaction product of a diol, at least one diisocyanate, and a hydroxyfunctional (meth)acrylate or an isocyanatofunctional (meth)acrylate. When the optically clear, curable adhesive is placed between two transparent substrates and made into a laminate, the laminate has a haze of less than about 6%, a transmission of greater than about 88% and an optical clarity of greater than about 98% when cured. The optically clear, curable adhesive also has a peel adhesion of at least about 100 g/cm based on ASTM 3330 when cured.

Described herein is a printing set comprising a curable transparent pre-treatment composition and a fixer composition. The curable transparent pre-treatment composition comprises a curable polyurethane, wherein the curable polyurethane comprises a copolymer of a polyisocyanate; a polyol comprising at least one reactive group selected from an acrylate group, a methacrylate group, an acrylamide group, a methacrylamide group, a styrene, an allyl group and a combination thereof; and a chain-terminating compound comprising a monoalcohol or a monoamine. The fixer composition comprises a salt of a cation and an anion. Also described herein is a method of printing on a textile and a printed textile substrate.

The disclosure further describes a method of producing the Photoplastic material and articles that can be made from the Photoplastic material.
PHOTOCURABLE RESIN COMPOSITION AND RESIN CURED PRODUCT
A photocurable resin composition includes: a first reactive compound that forms a glass phase through curing; a second reactive compound that is compatible with the first reactive compound and forms a rubber phase through curing; and a photopolymerization initiator. The first reactive compound includes at least a reactive monomer, and the second reactive compound includes at least a reactive oligomer. A polar term dP.sub.1 of Hansen Solubility Parameter of the first reactive compound and a polar term dP.sub.2 of Hansen Solubility Parameter of the second reactive compound differ by 1.8 or more.

Provided herein are methods of making (meth)acrylate blocked polyurethanes with zirconium catalysts, dual cure resins containing (meth)acrylate blocked polyurethanes and zirconium catalysts, methods of using the same in additive manufacturing, and products made therefrom.
Multi-phase structured UV-curable powder coating resin and preparation method thereof
The present invention provides a multi-phase structured UV-curable powder coating resin and a preparation method thereof, comprising (1) obtaining an emulsion of a liquid UV resin by heating the liquid UV resin and an emulsifier, dispersing, and adding deionized water for emulsification; (2) melting and dispersing a solid UV resin, a phase change agent, an emulsifier, and deionized water; adding the emulsion of the liquid UV resin with stirring to thoroughly mix; temperature is lowered during the stirring to obtain a suspension; (3) press filtering the suspension of the UV-curable powder coating resin to obtain a filter cake; (4) drying and classifying the filter cake to obtain the multi-phase structured UV-curable powder coating resin. The multi-phase structured UV-curable powder coating resin is prepared from the aforementioned method. The present disclosure has the properties of both the liquid and solid UV resin and can be sprayed as a powder coating.

A polycarbodiimide compound, which is a reaction product of a polycarbodiimide (a) having an isocyanate group at both ends, obtained by polymerizing at least one selected from aliphatic diisocyanate and alicyclic diisocyanate, and a polymer (b) that is a polymer of at least one selected from butadiene and isoprene or a hydrogenated product thereof and has a functional group capable of reacting with an isocyanate group.
