POLYURETHANE FOAM, MOLDED BODY OF SAME AND METHOD FOR PRODUCING MOLDED BODY
A polyurethane foam which is obtained from an inert gas and a polyurethane reaction composition containing a polyol component, a foam stabilizer, a catalyst and an isocyanate component, by a mechanical froth method, wherein: the polyol component contains a polymer polyol having a solid content of from 20% by weight to 43% by weight; and the polyurethane reaction composition contains an acid-modified polyolefin powder.
COMPOSITE MATERIAL INCLUDING RIGID FOAM WITH INORGANIC FILLERS
A composite material includes, in an exemplary embodiment a polyurethane foam and a plurality of inorganic particles dispersed therein. The polyurethane foam is formed from a reaction mixture that includes a first polyether polyol having a first molecular weight and a functionality of about 3 or less, a second polyether polyol having a second molecular weight less than the first molecular weight and a functionality of greater than about 3, and at least one isocyanate. The ratio of an amount of the first polyol in the reaction mixture to an amount of the second polyol in the reaction mixture is between about 1:1 to about 5:1.
STABLE WATERBORNE POLYURETHANE/CLAY NANOCOMPOSITE
A method of preparing stable waterborne polyurethane nanocomposite with a long shelf-life time is described. The stability of the nanocomposite is achieved by effective mechanical and sonication mixing of diisocynate and clay. Also, the stability is achieved through optimization of the amount of clay and carboxylic acid with hydroxyl functionality.
NAIL POLISH COMPOSITION BASED ON SOLVENT-FREE AQUEOUS POLYURETHANE DISPERSIONS
A nail polish composition, in particular nail polish formulation, is disclosed which is based on a specific solvent-free aqueous polyurethane polymer dispersion, which is derived from at least one isocyanate-terminated ethylenically unsaturated polyurethane pre-polymer in a reactive diluent, after a chain extension reaction with a chain extender bearing isocyanate-reactive groups. The polyurethane pre-polymer comprises at least one (meth)acrylate functional group and at least one isocyanate functional group.
Curable Composition
A resin composition or a cured body thereof that exhibits low adhesion force to a predetermined adherend while exhibiting high thermal conductivity is provided. Also, the low adhesion force can be achieved without using an adhesion force adjusting component such as a plasticizer or in a state where the use ratio thereof is minimized. A product comprising the curable composition or the cured body thereof is also provided.
Method of coating a floor with polyurethane floor finishes with hybrid performance
VOC-compliant aqueous polyurethane floor coating compositions and components are provided. Embodiments include at least one organic solvent having a vapor pressure of less than 0.1 mm Hg under ambient conditions and a viscosity of less than 60 cps for at least three hours after being formed. The coating compositions exhibit application characteristics of acrylic floor coatings and durability characteristics of polyurethane floor coatings.

Solvent-free aqueous polyurethane dispersions and methods of producing solvent-free aqueous polyurethane dispersions
A solvent-free aqueous curable polyurethane dispersion is derived from at least one isocyanate-terminated ethylenically unsaturated polyurethane pre-polymer in a reactive diluent. The polyurethane pre-polymer comprises at least one (meth)acrylate functional group and at least one isocyanate functional group. Methods for making a solvent-free aqueous polyurethane dispersion, curable compositions comprising the dispersion and resulting cured products are also disclosed.
Resin composition for golf ball cover
The present invention provides a resin composition for a golf ball cover, wherein, since the resin composition for a golf ball cover according to the present invention minimizes changes in physical properties due to temperature changes and improves restitution characteristics, the resin composition for a golf ball cover may reduce performance deviations of a golf ball due to seasonal temperature changes and may improve a spin rate of the golf ball.
CARBODIIMIDE COMPOSITION
This carbodiimide composition is characterized by comprising a carbodiimide compound (A), a phosphite-based antioxidant (B), and a hindered phenol-based antioxidant (C), and is characterized in that the phosphite-based antioxidant (B) is contained in an amount of 1.5-5 parts by mass with respect to 100 parts by mass of the carbodiimide compound (A), and the hindered phenol-based antioxidant (C) is contained in an amount of 1.5-6 parts by mass with respect to 100 parts by mass of the carbodiimide compound (A). The carbodiimide composition can suppress foaming in a resin during molding, and provides a resin molded article having excellent hydrolysis resistance.
