The present disclosure provides a liquid-state reactive polyurethane adhesive, which includes a polyurethane prepolymer. The polyurethane prepolymer is blocked by an isocyanate group, and the polyurethane prepolymer is obtained by a polymerization reaction, a reactive monomer of the polymerization reaction includes a polyisocyanate, a polyol, a stabilizer, a catalyst and a hydrophobic filler. A functionality of the polyisocyanate is 2.4 to 3. A molecular weight of the polyol is 1000 to 8000, and the polyol has hydrolysis resistance. The stabilizer has a structure represented by formula (I). The catalyst has a structure represented by formula (II). Formula (I) and formula (II) are as defined in the specification.

A vat resin for three-dimensional stereolithography printing of a thiourethane polymer part comprising a liquid mixture including a first type of monomer, a second type of monomer, a photolatent base decomposable upon exposure to a light to form a non-nucleophillic base catalyst having a pKa greater than 7, an anionic step-growth polymerization reaction inhibitor having an acidic group configured to form an acid-base pair with the non-nucleophillic base and a light absorber having an absorbance in the liquid mixture that is greater than an absorbance of the photolatent base at a wavelength of the light used for the exposure. Methods of preparing the vat resin and three-dimensional stereolithography printing a thiourethane polymer part using the vat resin are also disclosed.

The photolatent base is decomposable upon exposure to a light to form a non-nucleophillic base catalyst having a pKa greater than 7. The anionic step-growth polymerization reaction inhibitor has an acidic group configured to form an acid-base pair with the non-nucleophillic base. The light absorber has an absorbance in the liquid mixture that is greater than an absorbance of the photolatent base at a wavelength of the light used for the exposure.

A method for producing a prepolymer for the production of an integral polyurethane foam is provided. The prepolymer is or can be obtained by reaction of a composition that contains the following components: component A containing a polyoxymethylene-polyoxyalkylene block copolymer having a hydroxyl number of 20 mg KOH/g to 200 mg KOH/g as component Al, component B containing di- and/or polyisocyanates with an NCO content of 15 to 45 wt.-% relative to component B, 0.04 to 1.0 wt.-%, relative to the composition, a proton acid as component C, and optionally a component D that contains auxiliary agents, at a characteristic number of 450 to 850. The invention further relates to the prepolymer obtained by the method, to an integral polyurethane foam based on the prepolymer, and to the use thereof.

The degradation accelerator is at least one type of the compound represented by Formula (I) or Formula (II) below. The degradation inhibitor is at least one type selected from the group consisting of carbodiimide compounds, oxazoline compounds, oxazine compounds, and epoxy compounds. The content of the degradation accelerator is from 0.1 to 20 parts by mass relative to 100 parts by mass of the degradable rubber. The content of the degradation inhibitor is from 0.1 to 3 parts by mass relative to 100 parts by mass of the degradable rubber.
