METHOD FOR PRODUCING ORGANIC POLYSILANE
An organic polysilane, which can produce signals respectively derived from a SiO bond, an alkoxy group and a hydroxy group at levels equal to or lower than the detection limits in .sup.29Si and .sup.13C CP/MAS NMR analysis, can be produced by a method which includes: polymerizing an organic dihalosilane in an aprotic solvent in the presence of an alkali metal and/or an alkali earth metal to produce a mixture containing an organic polysilane having a terminal halogeno group; adding a solution containing an organic lithium compound and an aprotic polar solvent to the mixture to inactivate the organic polysilane having the terminal halogeno group; and then adding a protic polar solvent to the resultant mixture to deactivate the alkali metal and/or the alkali earth metal.

Method for Preparing Organopolysiloxane Resins
The present invention discloses a method for preparing organopolysiloxane resins, comprising the steps below: (1) use alkoxysilane, capping agent and an acidic compound as raw materials; (2) mix all the raw materials till uniform, herein capping agent, alkoxysilane and acidic compound have a mole ratio from 0 to 40:1:0.2 to 5; (3) polycondensation reaction occurs on temperature 40150 C. in 220 h; (4) adjust the condensation product to neutral, and obtaining a product of organopolysiloxane resin after purification. Preparation of organopolysiloxane resins with the present invention method has benefits on less environmental pollution, low energy consumption, efficient productivity, high yield of silicone resin with excellent performance.

Method for purifying contaminated gaseous hydrogen chloride
Impure gaseous hydrogen chloride from organochlorosilane hydrolysis is freed of impurities by first scrubbing with an organochlorosilane, which may be the same or different from the organochlorosilane(s) hydrolyzed, and then further scrubbing with chloromethane. The purified gaseous hydrogen chloride is preferably used in chlorosilane synthesis.

Impure gaseous hydrogen chloride from organochlorosilane hydrolysis is freed of impurities by first scrubbing with an organochlorosilane, which may be the same or different from the organochlorosilane(s) hydrolyzed, and then further scrubbing with chloromethane. Method for producing liquid high-purity polyhydric alcohol derivative-modified silicone or composition thereof
A production method of a liquid high-purity polyhydric alcohol derivative-modified silicone or a composition thereof is disclosed. The method comprises: a capturing step 1) of bringing into an impurity-containing composition containing a liquid polyhydric alcohol derivative-modified silicone and hydrophilic impurities originating from a polyhydric alcohol derivative, the polyhydric alcohol derivative being a hydrophilic modifier of the polyhydric alcohol derivative-modified silicone, into contact with solid particles capable of capturing the hydrophilic impurities, and then capturing the hydrophilic impurities with the solid particles; and a separating step 2) of separating the polyhydric alcohol derivative-modified silicone and the solid particles. The method is useful for production of the liquid high-purity polyhydric alcohol derivative-modified silicone and the composition thereof on a commercial scale.
