Devices, systems, and methods for extruding clean-meat materials
A barrel-shaped sealing device with a resilient protruding edge for producing extruded meat products is provided. Methods are also provided for producing extruded food products, including cell-based meat products, as are extruded food products resulting from such methods.
ENCLOSED AND COLLAPSIBLE MEAT TENDERIZER
A lidded collapsible tub receives meat, and includes a hole in the lid through which a hand-driven tenderizer may repeatedly strike the meat during manual operation, using a piston-like action while the chef holds a rod. Because the container is sealed and walled, there is no splatter. The rod is also hinged, to promote efficient storage after cleaning.
COMPACTOR SYSTEM FOR COMPACTING PRODUCTS
A compactor system for compacting associated products, for example into blocks, and for example the associated products being seafood products is provided, the system including: a compacting unit, the compacting unit including compacting means, such as a plate or spade, a horizontal drive unit, at least one motor, for example a gear motor, a receiving section, for receiving the associated products to be compact, a control panel, and optionally a rail whereon the compacting unit is arranged and moved on. Furthermore, a method of compacting a product is also provided.

Food-processing machine
A food-processing machine for processing a food product is provided. The machine includes at least one hydraulically driven consumer, a hydraulic pump which delivers a hydraulic fluid for driving the consumer and supplies a specific system pressure of the hydraulic fluid, and a control device for specifying a desired mechanical output of the consumer, a specific minimum value of the system pressure being required in order to achieve the desired mechanical output of the consumer. In the control device, the system pressure supplied by the hydraulic pump is a function of the desired mechanical power of the consumer as required such that the hydraulic pump supplies only the required minimum value of the system pressure with a certain safety margin, but no more, in order to save drive energy for driving the hydraulic pump.
