More particularly, provided is a method of preparing a superabsorbent polymer, the method capable of preparing the superabsorbent polymer maintaining excellent basic absorption performances such as centrifugal retention capacity, absorbency under load, etc. while also exhibiting an improved absorption rate.
HYDROGEL OF MERCAPTO-MODIFIED MACROMOLECULAR COMPOUND, AND PREPARATION METHOD THEREFOR AND USE THEREOF
A preparation method of a hydrogel of a mercapto-modified macromolecular compound includes the steps of combining the mercapto-modified macromolecular compound with an acrylated macromolecular compound and/or an acrylated micromolecular crosslinker. The mercapto-modified macromolecular compound can be crosslinked with the acrylated macromolecular compound and/or the acrylated micromolecular crosslinker under physiological conditions to form the hydrogel. Due to the rapid mercapto-vinyl crosslinking reaction, the formed hydrogel system can be quickly gelled in situ after being injected into the body. The hydrogel is thus suitable for use in the fields of biomedicine, medical cosmetic plastic surgery and cosmetics.

THREE-DIMENSIONAL PRINTING OF HYDROGELS
Hydrogel three-dimensional printing kits, methods of three-dimensional printing and three-dimensional printed hydro-gels are described. In one example, a three-dimensional printing kit can comprise a particulate build material, a crosslinking agent and a structural modifier. The particulate build material may comprise a polyhydroxylated polymer having hydroxyl groups. The crosslinking gent is for crosslinking the polyhydroxylated polymer by a reaction with the hydroxyl groups. The structural modifier can have a plurality of functional groups for forming a network within the hydrogel, and where the structural modifier may have a reactivity that is chemically orthogonal to the reaction with the hydroxyl groups for crosslinking the polyhydroxylated polymer.
HEMOSTATIC POLYMER MATERIAL KIT
An object of the present invention is to provide a hemostatic method, a vascular occlusion method, a tissue covering method, and a body fluid coagulation method that are safe and efficient using a polymer material that is a non-biologically derived synthetic product.
A solution (pre-gel solution) is prepared that contains, under a specific concentration condition, a hydrophilic polymer capable of forming a hydrogel by intermolecular crosslinking and has a specific pH condition and specific ionic strength, and the solution is gelled in situ in an environment, such as a bleeding site or the interior of a blood vessel, where blood is present.
