Coating Compositions for Security Elements and Holograms
The present invention relates to the use of coating compositions, comprising shaped transition metal, especially silver, particles and a binder, wherein the ratio of pigment to binder is preferably such that the resulting coating shows an angle dependent colour change, for the production of security elements and holograms. When the coating compositions of the present invention are used in coating a hologram the obtained products show a an angle dependent colour change (flip/flop effect), different colours in reflection and transmission, an extremely bright OVD image and extremely strong rainbow effect, high purity and contrast.

ANTI-BACTERIAL AND/OR ANTI-VIRAL TAPE
The invention relates to a multilayer flexible material (of a tape type) which can be applied and adhere onto a surface to modify its properties. Particularly, an antibacterial and/or antiviral multilayers material comprising a tie binding layer with at least one adhesive face arranged to be fixed on any suitable surface and an active treatment layer arranged on the face of the tie binding layer opposite to adhesive face, said treatment layer comprising anti-bacterial and/or anti-viral agents. The invention is also related to an associated application method and specific uses.
ELECTRICALLY CONDUCTIVE MASKING TAPE
Electrically conductive masking tapes include an electrically conductive backing and an electrically conductive pressure sensitive adhesive layer. The pressure sensitive adhesive contains an acrylate-based copolymeric matrix, a crosslinker, an electrically conductive filler, and at least one antioxidant. The acrylate-based copolymeric matrix is the reaction product of a polymerizable mixture including at least one first alkyl(meth)acrylate monomer with a homopolymer Tg of less than −50° C., and at least one hydroxyl-functional alkyl(meth)acrylate with a homopolymer Tg of less than −10° C. The electrically conductive tape is capable of being laminated to and cleanly removed from a substrate surface, after being subjected to harsh conditions such as plasma vapor deposition conditions.
CONNECTOR PRODUCTION METHOD AND ADHESIVE FILM
A method of producing a connected body, containing: disposing an adhesive film between a first electronic member having a first electronic electrode and a second electronic member having a second electrode; and pressure-bonding the second electronic member to the first electronic member via the adhesive film so that the second electrode is electrically connected to the first electrode; wherein the first electronic member has an indented surface, the first electrode is provided in a depressed portion of the indented surface, the second electrode has a substantially flat surface having an area larger than an area of the first electrode, the adhesive film contains: first conductive particles that are dendritic conductive particles; and second conductive particles containing a non-conductive core and a conductive layer provided on the core, and the second conductive particles have an average particle diameter of not less than a depth of the depressed portion.
Protective Varnish, in Particular for Security Documents
The present invention mainly relates to a protective varnish hardenable by radiation comprising at least one compound hardenable by cationic or radical means and at least one metal selected from silver, copper, zinc and mixtures thereof, characterized in that said metal is in the zero oxidation state and in a supported particulate form.
PRODUCTION METHOD FOR POLYMER COMPOSITION
The present invention provides a production method of a polymerized polymer containing a silver nanowire, including a preparation step of preparing a monomer composition containing the silver nanowire, a polymerization step of performing polymerization of the monomer composition containing the silver nanowire, and a standing step of leaving the monomer composition to stand which is performed between the preparation step and the polymerization step, in which a start of the polymerization step is determined in the standing step based on an orientation state in a vertical direction of the silver nanowire in the monomer composition as an index.
Film-shaped firing material, film-shaped firing material provided with support sheet, method for manufacturing film-shaped firing material, and method for manufacturing film-shaped firing material provided with support sheet
This film-shaped firing material is a film-shaped firing material containing sinterable metal particles and a binder component, in which, when the average thickness of the portion of the film-shaped firing material excluding the edge portion is deemed 100%, the average thickness of the edge portion of the film-shaped firing material is at least 5% thicker than the average thickness of the portion of the film-shaped firing material excluding the edge portion.
Denture material having anti-microbial properties
Antimicrobial polymer composite materials are disclosed that are suitable for making oral devices used in dental applications, such as denture bases. Acrylic resin composite materials comprising antimicrobial polymers and antimicrobial fillers provide reduction in common oral microorganisms after long-term aging, with reduced release rate of antimicrobial agents from the composite material. Antimicrobial polymers are prepared from compositions comprising acrylate and/or methacrylate monomers and polymerizable quaternary ammonium silicon-containing compounds.
