The invention relates to a powdery composition for use in the layer by layer manufacturing of three-dimensional molded bodies. The composition comprises at least one powder made of an aliphatic thermoplastic polyurethane (TPU) and is characterized in that the TPU powder has a melting temperature of less than 135° C. and a melting viscosity at 150° C. of at most 800 Pa.Math.s.
Adhesive film
One aspect of the present invention is an adhesive film comprising a first adhesive layer comprising a first conductive particle that is a dendritic conductive particle; and a second adhesive layer containing a second conductive particle that is a conductive particle other than the first conductive particle, the second conductive particle comprising a nonconductive core body and a conductive layer provided on the core body.
Piezoelectric polyvinylidene fluoride material, method for manufacturing same, and fingerprint recognition module
A piezoelectric polyvinylidene fluoride (PVDF) material, a method for manufacturing the same, and a fingerprint recognition module are provided. The polyvinylidene PVDF material includes PVDF, a first solvent, a second solvent, a fluorosurfactant, and an inducing material. Material of the inducing material is one of carbon nanotubes, carbon black, and gold nanorods. Because of the high anisotropy of the inducing material, molecular orientation of the PVDF material is induced, thereby improving piezoelectric performance of the piezoelectric PVDF material. Problems of conventional piezoelectric PVDF materials, which are used in ultrasonic fingerprint recognition modules, such as poor piezoelectric performance and high-energy loss are improved.
ADHESIVE FILM, COMPOSITE FILM, ALL-SOLID-STATE BATTERY AND METHOD FOR PRODUCING COMPOSITE FILM
A composite film 10 according to the present invention is provided with: a resin film 1 which is formed of a cured product of a photocurable adhesive composition; and solid particles 3 which are affixed, in the form of a single layer, to the resin film 1, while having edges thereof exposed from one and the other main surfaces of the resin film 1. The resin film 1 is formed by irradiating an adhesive layer 1a in a semi-cured state with light 13, said adhesive layer 1a being formed of the adhesive composition.

A resin-metal composite 100 includes resin particles 10 and metal particles 20. The metal particles 20 are dispersed or immobilized on the resin particles 10, and portions of the metal particles 20 are three-dimensionally distributed in a surface section 60 of the resin particles 10. The metal particles 20 include encased metal particles 30 completely encased in the resin particles 10, partially exposed metal particles 40 having a portion embedded in a resin particle 10 and a portion exposed from the resin particle 10, and surface-adsorbed metal particles 50 absorbed on the surface of a resin particle 10.
Heat dissipation material adhering composition, heat dissipation material having adhesive, inlay substrate, and method for manufacturing same
Provided are a heat dissipation material capable of ensuring stable adhesion while reducing cost, an inlay substrate using the same, and a method for manufacturing the same. A heat dissipation material having adhesive is obtained by coating a portion or the whole of the heat dissipation material with a heat dissipation material adhering composition including a resin component containing an epoxy resin, a curing agent, and an inorganic filler, and having a complex viscosity at 80° C. of 1×10.sup.3 Pa.Math.s to 5×10.sup.6 Pa.Math.s.
Spatial heat treatment of additively manufactured objects
A matrix material dispersed with one or more susceptor structures can be formed into a feedstock for an additive manufacturing process. The one or more susceptor structures can be excited by an energy field such as an electric field, a magnetic field, an electromagnetic field, or any combination thereof, to produce heat. The heat that is produced can be transferred to the matrix material that surrounds the one or more susceptor structures to provide heat treatment to the matrix material. The heat treatment can improve the material and mechanical properties of three dimensional objects formed from the feedstock.
