ADHESIVE COATING COMPOSITION FOR NON-ORIENTED ELECTRICAL STEEL SHEET, NON-ORIENTED ELECTRICAL STEEL SHEET PRODUCT, AND MANUFACTURING METHOD THEREFOR
The present invention relates to a non-oriented electrical steel sheet adhesive coating composition including the constituent elements below, a non-oriented electrical steel sheet product, and a manufacturing method thereof. The non-oriented electrical steel sheet adhesive coating composition includes: a first component including an organic/inorganic composite; and a second component including a composite metal phosphate, wherein the organic/inorganic composite is formed by having inorganic nanoparticles chemically substituted with some functional groups in an organic resin, the organic resin is one, or two or more, selected from an epoxy-based resin, an ester-based resin, an acrylic resin, a styrene-based resin, a urethane-based resin, and an ethylene-based resin, and the inorganic nanoparticles are one, or two or more, selected from SiO.sub.2, Al.sub.2O.sub.3, TiO.sub.2, MgO, ZnO, and ZrO.sub.2.
Primer coating composition for aluminum wheels
An object of the present invention is to find a primer coating composition for aluminum wheels, the composition having excellent stability and being capable of forming a coating film having excellent corrosion resistance, edge corrosion resistance, and filiform corrosion resistance. The invention provides (1) a primer coating composition for aluminum wheels comprising a copolymer resin (A), and 1 to 30 parts by mass of fumed silica (B) and 0.1 to 10 parts by mass of a magnesium-containing phosphoric acid-based compound (C), per 100 parts by mass of the total solids content of the copolymer resin (A). The invention also provides (2) the primer coating composition for aluminum wheels according to Item (1), further comprising 0.1 to 10 parts by mass of metal-ion exchanged silica (D), per 100 parts by mass of the total solids content of the copolymer resin (A).

A halogen-free flame retardant thermoplastic polyurethane elastomer composition and product and flame retardant package thereof comprised thermoplastic polyurethane and halogen-free flame retardant package. The halogen-free flame retardant comprises inorganic phosphorus-based flame retardant and can further comprise expandable graphite, melamine or derivatives thereof and organic phosphorus-based flame retardant. The composition is environmentally friendly and safe, the comprehensive mechanical properties thereof are excellent, does not drip during the burning test, passed UL94 with rating of V01.5 mm, and the limiting oxygen index thereof can be up to 35%.

The present invention relates to a composition for forming conductive patterns and a resin structure having a conductive pattern, capable of forming a conductive micropattern on various polymer resin products or resin layers using a simplified process and exhibiting excellent heat dissipation characteristics. The composition for forming conductive patterns comprises: a polymer resin; a non-conductive metal compound represented by a specific chemical formula; and a heat-dissipating material, wherein a metal nucleus is formed from the non-conductive metal compound by the irradiation of electromagnetic waves.

Embodiments of the present disclosure are directed to a polymer article. The polymer article includes a polymer matrix and a metal compound dispersed in the polymer matrix. The metal compound is a compound represented by formula (I): A.sub.xCu.sub.y(PO.sub.4).sub.2 (I). In formula (I), A represents at least one element selected from Group IIA of the periodic table of elements, x/y=0.1 to 20, x+y=3.

A problem which is addressed is the provision of a method for manufacturing a wet rubber masterbatch and so forth permitting improvement in fatigue resistance without causing worsening in ability to achieve reduced heat generation. FLAME-RETARDANT RESIN COMPOSITION
Provided is a flame retardant resin composition excellent in flame retardance, and surface smoothness, appearance, flame retardance and electrical properties after a long-term thermal aging (e.g. 150 C., 500 hours) while maintaining mechanical and electrical properties.
The disclosed flame retardant resin composition is a flame retardant resin composition containing a polyphenylene ether, in which, based on UL94 flammability test, an average burning time of a molded product having a length of 12.6 cm, a width of 1.3 cm and a thickness of 1.6 mm formed of the flame retardant resin composition before and after the aging processing in which the molded product is left to stand at 150 C. for 1000 hours under the atmospheric pressure is within 10 seconds, and a change rate of chloroform-insoluble component of the molded product before and after the aging processing is 15 mass % or less.

Provided is a fully aromatic ether ketone resin composition including: (A) a fully aromatic ether ketone resin; and (B) a phosphorus stabilizer, in which (B) the phosphorus stabilizer contains (B1) a dihydrogen phosphate and (B2) a hydrogen phosphate, (B1) the dihydrogen phosphate is one or more dihydrogen phosphates of alkali metals or one or more dihydrogen phosphates of alkaline earth metals and the like, (B2) the hydrogen phosphate is one or more hydrogen phosphates of alkali metals or one or more hydrogen phosphates of alkaline earth metals and the like, (B1) the dihydrogen phosphate and (B2) the hydrogen phosphate are contained in a predetermined combination, and a total amount of (B) the phosphorus stabilizer is 100 to 5000 mass ppm.
