Use of a copolymer of ethylene and of acrylate(s) prepared in a tubular reactor for modifying the melt rheology of a thermoplastic composition
Provided herein is a copolymer of ethylene and acrylate(s) having a melt flow index (MFI) greater than or equal to 50 g/10 minutes, obtained by free-radical copolymerisation under high pressure carried out in a tubular reactor, and methods of using the same. Also provided herein is a thermoplastic composition, particularly intended to be extruded or injection moulded, having one or more copolymers of ethylene and acrylate(s) at a content ranging from 0.1 to 20 wt. %, and one or more thermoplastic polymers.
Method of preparing composite material for semiconductor test socket that is highly heat-dissipative and durable, and composite material prepared thereby
This application relates to a method of preparing a composite material for a semiconductor test socket, and a composite material prepared through the method. In one embodiment, the method includes preparing a powder mixture including (i) a metal powder comprising aluminum or aluminum alloy particles and magnesium particles and (ii) a polymer powder. The method may also include sintering the powder mixture to produce the composite material using a spark plasma sintering (SPS) process. This application also relates to a method of manufacturing a semiconductor test socket, the method including forming an insulating portion of the semiconductor test socket with the composite material. This application further relates to a semiconductor test socket produced through the method.

POLYMERIZABLE COMPOSITION AND OPTICALLY ANISOTROPIC BODY USING SAME
The present invention provides a polymerizable composition containing a specific polymerizable compound and a fluorosurfactant having a specific polyoxyalkylene skeleton and having specific molecular weight. The invention also provides an optically anisotropic body, a retardation film, an antireflective film, and a liquid crystal display device that are produced using the polymerizable composition of the present invention. The present invention is useful because, when an optically anisotropic body is produced by photo-polymerization of the polymerizable composition, three features including the leveling properties of the surface of the optically anisotropic body, offset onto the substrate, and liquid crystal alignment can be improved simultaneously.
