A method for forming a copper coated particles includes combining a precipitating agent with a solution comprising copper nitrate and particles to forming coated particles. The particles are cobalt oxide (Co.sub.3O.sub.4) or carbon black. The coated particles are washed to obtain washed coated particles, the washed coated particles are filtered to obtain filtered coated particles, the filtered coated particles are dried to obtain dried coated particles, and the dried coated particles are calcined to obtain the copper coated particles. The copper coated particles have a reflectivity of electromagnetic radiation in a visible spectrum that is less than or equal to 5%, and a reflectivity of electromagnetic radiation in a near-IR and LiDAR spectrum that is greater than or equal to 5%.

A special powder coating for a super weather-resistant composite, and a preparation method and use thereof, and a coating method are provided. The special powder coating for the super weather-resistant composite includes components of, in percentages by mass: 0% to 50% of a modified acrylate, 20% to 75% of a polyester resin, 15% to 20% of an isophorone diisocyanate (IPDI) adduct, 0.1% to 0.8% of a texturing agent, 4.3% to 22.7% of a transparent filler powder, 0.8% to 1.2% of a pigment, 0.1% to 0.2% of a toughening agent, 0.1% to 0.3% of nano-alumina, and 0% to 2% of a conductive agent, the components having a sum of mass percentages of 100%.

A black resin composition is provided that presents an achromatic reflected color tone, has a high visible-light-blocking ability and a high near-infrared penetrability, and exhibits a smaller amount of transmitted scattered light, where the black resin composition includes (A) a resin, (B) a colorant, and (C) an organic solvent, wherein the black composition includes a red pigment and a blue pigment as (B) the colorant, wherein amount of the red pigment is 20 to 80 wt % with respect to the total amount of (B) the colorant, and wherein crystalline size of the red pigment in a colored film composed of a cured product of the black resin composition is 5 nm or more and 25 nm or less, as calculated from a half bandwidth determined from a main peak of an X-ray diffraction spectrum obtained using CuK rays as an X-ray source.
