Specifically, the present disclosure provides a solution composition for treating a surface of a steel sheet, the solution composition containing colloidal silica, alkoxy silane, a solvent, an acidity regulator, an acrylate-based monomer, an adhesion improver including a backbone formed of siloxane bonds, and a metal chelate curing agent, a steel sheet surface-treated using the solution composition, and a method for manufacturing the steel sheet.

CURABLE COATING COMPOSITION
The present invention relates to a curable coating composition, especially a radiation curable coating composition comprising at least one poly(meth)acrylate compound comprising at least 6 (meth)acrylate groups, at least one unsaturated silane compound, and at least one photoinitiator. Said at least one poly(meth)acrylate compound comprising at least 6 (meth)acrylate groups and said at least one unsaturated silane compound represent at least 95% of the weight of polymerizable compounds present in the composition. Upon radiation-curing, the composition provides an abrasion- and/or scratch-resistant coating.
CURABLE COATING COMPOSITION
The present invention relates to a curable coating composition, especially a radiation curable coating composition comprising at least one poly(meth)acrylate compound comprising at least 6 (meth)acrylate groups, at least one unsaturated silane compound, and at least one photoinitiator. Said at least one poly(meth)acrylate compound comprising at least 6 (meth)acrylate groups and said at least one unsaturated silane compound represent at least 95% of the weight of polymerizable compounds present in the composition. Upon radiation-curing, the composition provides an abrasion- and/or scratch-resistant coating.
CONDUCTIVE POLYMER COATING COMPOSITION AND METHOD OF MAKING THE SAME
A conductive polymer coating composition including a conductive fibrillated structure and a base polymer, wherein the conductive fibrillated structure includes a fibrillated polymer and a conductive polymer grafted on the fibrillated polymer, and wherein the conductive polymer coating composition has an electrical conductivity from about 10.sup.−5 S/cm to about 10.sup.+1 S/cm and a thermal conductivity from about 1.1 W/m K to about 3 W/m K.
GOLF BALL AND METHOD OF MAKING SAME
Golf ball comprising a core, an outer layer and at least one adhesion promoting coating disposed between each of the core and the outer layer; the core comprising a rubber composition comprising at least one zinc-containing and/or magnesium-containing component; the outer layer comprising at least one ionomer; and the adhesion promoting coating comprising a waterborne dispersion comprised of at least one ethylene acid copolymer having an acid content of at least 15% by weight wherein the copolymer is at least partially neutralized with one or more neutralizing agent; wherein at least one neutralizing agent is selected from ammonia compounds and/or amine compounds. In a specific embodiment, the at least one neutralizing agent comprises i) mono and/or divalent metal compounds and ii) ammonia compounds and/or amine compounds.
ALUMINUM SLURRY
Provided is a VMP aluminum slurry that can satisfy metallic texture achieving high designability and demand characteristics of adhesion level with a base material. It has been found that when a coating material formed using a VMP aluminum slurry containing a specific dicarboxylic acid is made into a coating film, the adhesion with a base material is particularly excellent, and the VMP aluminum slurry of the present invention has been completed. The VMP aluminum slurry contains a dicarboxylic acid having an octanol/water partition coefficient (log Pow) of −1 to 1 and a carbon chain of 2 to 5 carbon atoms between two carboxy groups, a VMP (vacuum metallized pigment) aluminum pigment, and a solvent.

Provided is a sealant for a non-aqueous electrolyte solution battery that can form a sealant layer having excellent adhesiveness with respect to a metal surface. The sealant for a non-aqueous electrolyte solution battery contains a non-polar polymer and a nitrogen-containing heterocyclic compound. The proportional content of the nitrogen-containing heterocyclic compound is preferably not less than 0.01 mass % and not more than 5 mass %.

Provided is a sealant for a non-aqueous electrolyte solution battery that can form a sealant layer having excellent adhesiveness with respect to a metal surface. The sealant for a non-aqueous electrolyte solution battery contains a non-polar polymer and a nitrogen-containing heterocyclic compound. The proportional content of the nitrogen-containing heterocyclic compound is preferably not less than 0.01 mass % and not more than 5 mass %.

An oil repellent agent including a modified natural product having at least one hydroxyl group, wherein a hydrogen atom of the hydroxyl group is replaced with an R group represented by —Y—Z, wherein Y represents a direct bond, —C(═O)—, —C(═O)—NR′— or —C(═S)—NR′—, where R′ represents a hydrogen atom or a C.sub.1 to C.sub.4 alkyl group); and Z represents a hydrocarbon group having 1 to 40 carbon atoms and optionally having a substituent or a polysiloxane. The natural material is a natural product other than starch and preferably is a monosaccharide, a polysaccharide, glycerin or polyglycerin. Also disclosed is a textile product to which the oil-resistant agent is attached, an oil-resistant paper and a method of treating paper with the oil-resistant agent.
