DECORATIVE SHEET AND METHOD FOR MANUFACTURING DECORATIVE SHEET
A decorative sheet includes a primary film layer and a surface protective layer. The surface protective layer has a glossiness of 12 or less and has an uneven structure on a surface. The uneven structure has an RSm of 10 or more and 310 or less. The surface protective layer has a Martens hardness of 5 or more and 142 or less and contains an ionizing radiation-curable resin as a main material. The ionizing radiation-curable resin contains at least one of an alkylene repeating structure and an alkylene oxide repeating structure having a predetermined structure, and contains a resin obtained by polymerizing an acrylic monomer having 2 or more and 4 or less acryloyloxy groups. The acrylic monomer has 2 acryloyl groups, an acryloyl group chain length of 10 or more and 28 or less, and a viscosity of 100 mPa.Math.s or less at 25 C.

Aqueous coating agent composition
There is provided an aqueous coating agent composition that does not contain an organotin compound and forms a coating film having good slipperiness and having excellent adhesiveness (adhesion) and abrasion resistance. The aqueous coating agent composition contains: (A) polydiorganosiloxane having both terminals blocked with hydroxyl groups, the polydiorganosiloxane having a viscosity of 50 to 100,000,000 mPa.Math.s (at 25 C.); (B) polyorganohydrogensiloxane having at least three hydrogen atoms in one molecule; (C) a zinc compound as a curing catalyst; (D) an organic compound and/or polyorganosiloxane having at least one of a primary amino group and a secondary amino group; (E) an adhesion improving component; and (F) spherical particles.
Chromate-free inorganic coating systems for hot corrosion protection of superalloy substrate
Hexavalent chromium-free slurry formulations which are suitable in the production of inorganic overlay coating systems are described. The formulations provide superior hot corrosion and high-temperature oxidation protection for superalloy substrates. A basecoat slurry and topcoat slurry are provided. The basecoat slurry includes an aluminum phosphate based aqueous solution having a molar ratio of Al:P higher than about 1:3 with the incorporation of pigments of either metallic particles, or metal oxide particles, or both in combination. The topcoat slurry includes an aluminum phosphate based aqueous solution having a molar ratio of Al:P higher than about 1:3. An inorganic overlay coating formed on substrate made from the slurry formulation of present invention for hot corrosion protection on superalloy substrate against hot corrosion. Furthermore, a multilayer coating comprises a metallic bond coat and an inorganic overlay coating formed on superalloy substrate to further enhance high-temperature oxidation and hot corrosion protection.
PARTICLES AND USE THEREOF
The present invention relates to particles. The particles may have an average particle diameter (D50) of 0.5 m to 100 m, a compressive aggregate modulus of 0% to 25%, and a compressive recovery modulus of 60% to 100%. The particles may have an average particle diameter (D50) of 0.5 m to 100 m and a compressive aggregate modulus of 0% to 25%, and may include a thermoplastic resin.
REINFORCED NON-STICK COATING SYSTEM
Coating compositions that may be applied to the surface of a substrate to form a durable non-stick coating. The coating compositions may include a basecoat composition and an overcoat composition for forming a basecoat and an overcoat applied over the basecoat. The basecoat may comprise one of an organic polymer, a sol-gel composition, and a silicon resin. The basecoat composition and resulting basecoat may further include reinforcing particles. The overcoat may comprise a siloxane matrix formed from one of a hydrosilylation reaction, a dehydrogenative coupling, and a polycondensation reaction. The basecoat and overcoat may each be substantially free of fluoropolymer components.
PRIMER COATING COMPOSITION, PRIMER LAYER, AND GASKET
The present invention provides a primer coating composition including: an epoxy resin; and fine fluororesin particles. The present invention also provides a primer layer obtained by curing the primer coating composition. The present invention also provides a gasket having the primer layer directly formed on at least a portion thereof.
SOLID COLORANT FOR TINTING PAINT
A solid colorant including a. 30-97 wt % of a pigment, b. less than 5 wt % of a solvent c. 3-40 wt % surfactants and wherein: the ratio S/A [Std dev of the particle size distribution/average particle size] of the solid colorant is <25%, preferably <22% and more preferably <20%, wherein wt % is relative to the total weight of the solid colorant, and wherein the particle size distribution is determined with light scattering with fully automated image analysis according to ISO 13322-1 Static image analysis First edition 2004-12-01 by the use of the OCCHIO ZEPHYR ESR analyzer. A process for making the solid colorant, and the use of the solid colorant for tinting base paints by volumetric dosing of the solid colorant to the base paint.
