SURFACE MODIFIED OPTICALLY VARIABLE PRODUCT FOR SECURITY FEATURE
Surface modified optically variable product to provide security features in packaging materials and currency notes to prevent counterfeiting. Surface modified optically variable product is optionally readily functionalized to disperse them in organic and aqueous inks.
Insulating wire having partial discharge resistance and high partial discharge inception voltage
The present invention relates to an insulating wire and, more particularly, to an insulating wire having partial discharge resistance that exhibits excellent partial discharge resistance and high partial discharge inception voltage and also excellences in the adhesion between the conductor and the insulation layer and the flexibility of the insulation layer, which insulating wire can be prepared by a simple process at a low production cost.
RADIATIVE COOLING PAINT HAVING IMPROVED SOLAR REFLECTIVITY
The present invention relates to a radiative cooling paint consisting of ceramic fine particles as pigments, a polymer resin as a binder, and a solvent. According to the present invention, a substrate is coated with the radiative cooling paint, and then a paint film layer is formed. The paint film layer performs a radiative cooling function by preventing energy inflow from incident sunlight by maximizing reflection of incident sunlight; minimizing absorption of incident sunlight; and maximizing emission of long-wavelength infrared light corresponding to 8 m to 13 m and increasing energy discharge through emission of long-wavelength infrared light, and pores with a volume of 3% to 50% are formed inside the paint film layer to enhance reflection of incident sunlight without reducing emission of long-wavelength infrared light.
METHOD FOR MANUFACTURING A MULTILAYER CERAMIC CAPACITOR
A method for manufacturing a conductive paste, includes: an operation of forming a first mixture including a metal powder, a dispersant, and a hydrophobic solvent; an operation of forming a second mixture including a hydrophilic binder and a hydrophilic solvent; and an operation of forming a third mixture by mixing the first and second mixtures.
Protective coatings
A mixture curable in the presence of a suitable metallic catalyst to provide an intumescent coating material. The mixture comprises: a siloxane polymer; a cross-linker for cross-linking the siloxane polymer; filler, wherein the filler comprises char reinforcing filler; and an intumescent ingredient. The intumescent ingredient comprises a phosphorus containing compound or a composition comprising a phosphorus containing compound. The mixture comprises 5 to 20% by weight of the phosphorus containing compound or composition comprising a phosphorus containing compound. The intumescent ingredient comprises 10 to 40% by weight expandable graphite.
HIGH-PERFORMANCE TEXTURED COATING
A coated article is described, including a substrate with a coating composition applied thereon to provide a coated article with a textured surface. In one aspect, the coated article is a steel rebar used to reinforce concrete. The textured surface provides optimal surface roughness and demonstrates superior pullout strength relative to an uncoated standard.
