Provided are an ink composition, comprising greater than 0.2% by weight a graphene quantum dot nanosurfactant, a printable material, and a solvent, wherein the printable material is dispersed in the solvent by the graphene quantum dot nanosurfactant, and a method of preparing an ink composition. Advantageously, the present ink composition may be printed onto 2D and 3D substrates to form printed films with improved mechanical stability and photoconductance.

Pigment Red 176 and mixed crystals thereof; a yellow aqueous inkjet ink containing a pigment C.I Pigment Yellow 150 or a mixed crystal thereof; and a black aqueous inkjet ink containing a carbon black pigment, wherein the aqueous inkjet inks contain a surfactant. An inkjet printing method for manufacturing decorative panels is also disclosed.

Disclosed herein are inkjet ink compositions comprising: at least one pigment having attached at least one organic group having a calcium index value greater than a calcium index value of 1,2,3-benzene tricarboxylic acid; at least one acrylic polymer having an acid number of at least 150 KOH/g and a weight average molecular weight ranging from 1,000 to 15,000, wherein the at least one acrylic polymer is at least partially neutralized with a base having the following structure: wherein: A is a C.sub.2-C.sub.12 alkyl, R.sup.1 is selected from H, C.sub.1-C.sub.12 alkyl, an amine having the formula —NR.sup.3R.sup.4, and a guanidine residue having the formula —N(R.sup.5)—C(═NH)—N(R.sup.6)(R.sup.7), wherein R.sub.3 to R.sup.7 are independently selected from H and C.sub.1-C.sub.12 alkyl, and R.sup.2 is selected from H, C.sub.1-C.sub.12 alkyl, and an acid group. An ink set including at least one first ink composition and at least one second ink composition, wherein the first ink composition contains a pigment, an inorganic oxide colloid, and water, the second ink composition contains a dye and water, and in the ink set, an arithmetic mean of a conductivity of the at least one first ink composition at 25° C. and a conductivity of the at least one second ink composition at 25° C. is 2.5 mS/cm or less.

An object is to improve the dispersion stability and discharge stability, while also improving the image quality and various resistance properties of printed matters even when the cohesion promoter contained in the primer ink is small in quantity. As a means to achieve the object, an ink set is provided that comprises: an aqueous inkjet ink composition containing (a) a pigment, (b) a water-soluble organic solvent, (c) water, and (d) a resin emulsion, wherein the pigment (a) has a crosslinked resin layer on its surface; and a primer ink composition containing a cohesion promoter that promotes cohesion of the aforementioned ink composition.
