There is provided an ink including a pigment, resin particles, a surfactant, water-soluble organic compound, and water, in which: the content of the water-soluble organic compounds is 35 mass % or less based on a total mass of the ink; the water-soluble organic compound contains a first water-soluble organic compound being liquid at 25 C. and having a surface tension at 25 C. of 40 mN/m or less, and the content of the first water-soluble organic compound is 5 mass % or less based on a total mass of the ink; and the surfactant is a surfactant represented by the following formula (1): ##STR00001##

A solvent-based ink jet ink composition accommodating body includes a solvent-based ink jet ink composition which includes a solvent that is a compound represented by a general formula (1) below, and for which a moisture absorption rate is 2 (mass %.Math.24 hours) or more at 40 C. and a relative humidity of 100% RH; and a container in which the solvent-based ink jet ink composition is accommodated, in which the container is either of at least a container formed of a member having an inorganic oxide layer or a package which accommodates the container in which the solvent-based ink jet ink composition is accommodated and is formed of a member having an inorganic oxide layer:

OIL-BASED INKJET INK SET AND METHOD FOR PRODUCING PRINTED ITEM
An oil-based inkjet ink set is disclosed that includes: an oil-based inkjet ink A containing a non-aqueous solvent, the non-aqueous solvent of the oil-based inkjet ink A containing at least 15% by mass of a silicone oil relative to the total mass of the non-aqueous solvent of the oil-based inkjet ink A, and an oil-based inkjet ink B containing a non-aqueous solvent, the non-aqueous solvent of the oil-based inkjet ink B containing at least 50% by mass of a petroleum-based hydrocarbon solvent relative to the total mass of the non-aqueous solvent of the oil-based inkjet ink B. A method for producing a printed item is also disclosed.
OIL-BASED INKJET INK SET AND METHOD FOR PRODUCING PRINTED ITEM
An oil-based inkjet ink set is disclosed that includes: an oil-based inkjet ink A containing a non-aqueous solvent, the non-aqueous solvent of the oil-based inkjet ink A containing at least 15% by mass of a silicone oil relative to the total mass of the non-aqueous solvent of the oil-based inkjet ink A, and an oil-based inkjet ink B containing a non-aqueous solvent, the non-aqueous solvent of the oil-based inkjet ink B containing at least 50% by mass of a petroleum-based hydrocarbon solvent relative to the total mass of the non-aqueous solvent of the oil-based inkjet ink B. A method for producing a printed item is also disclosed.
METHOD FOR PRODUCING PRINTED ITEM
A method for producing a printed item including discharging two or more inks by an inkjet method toward a recording medium to form an image is disclosed, wherein the two or more inks include a first oil-based inkjet ink containing a first colorant and a non-aqueous solvent and having an ink surface tension of less than 27.0 mN/m, and a second oil-based inkjet ink containing a second colorant and a non-aqueous solvent and having an ink surface tension of 27.0 mN/m or greater, and the method includes discharging the first oil-based inkjet ink toward the recording medium at a discharge volume of at least 20 pl per one liquid droplet to form dots with the first oil-based inkjet ink, and subsequently discharging the second oil-based inkjet ink toward the recording medium at a discharge volume of less than 20 pl per one liquid droplet so as to overlap with the dots formed with the first oil-based inkjet ink.
METHOD FOR PRODUCING PRINTED ITEM
A method for producing a printed item including discharging two or more inks by an inkjet method toward a recording medium to form an image is disclosed, wherein the two or more inks include a first oil-based inkjet ink containing a first colorant and a non-aqueous solvent and having an ink surface tension of less than 27.0 mN/m, and a second oil-based inkjet ink containing a second colorant and a non-aqueous solvent and having an ink surface tension of 27.0 mN/m or greater, and the method includes discharging the first oil-based inkjet ink toward the recording medium at a discharge volume of at least 20 pl per one liquid droplet to form dots with the first oil-based inkjet ink, and subsequently discharging the second oil-based inkjet ink toward the recording medium at a discharge volume of less than 20 pl per one liquid droplet so as to overlap with the dots formed with the first oil-based inkjet ink.
UV CURABLE INKJET INKS
A liquid UV curable inkjet ink includes one or more photoinitiators, an organic colour pigment, and a polymerizable composition containing at least one monofunctional polymerizable compound and at least one polyfunctional polymerizable compound, wherein the organic colour pigment is present in an amount of 6.0 to 13.0 wt % based on the total weight of the liquid UV curable inkjet ink; the at least one polyfunctional polymerizable compound is present in an amount of at least 20.0 wt % based on the total weight of the polymerizable composition; and the UV curable inkjet ink has a viscosity at 45 C. and a shear rate of 10 s1 of at least 16.0 mPa.Math.s.
OIL-BASED INKJET INK
An ink is provided which can prevent the deformation and degradation of resin products by printed items, and is also suitable for inkjet printing. The oil-based inkjet ink contains a colorant and a fatty acid ester-based solvent represented by general formula (1) shown below and having 12 to 23 carbon atoms in one molecule.
