A problem to be solved by the present invention is to provide an ink jet printing ink which can produce a printed matter having a high optical density and excellent rub fastness even when printed on plain paper and which has excellent storage stability and resolubility. The inventors solved the problem by an ink jet printing ink including an aqueous medium, a dispersion (A), and a dispersion (B). The dispersion (A) contains a pigment (a) and a dispersing resin for pigment, and the volume-average particle diameter of the dispersion (A) is 70 nm or more and less than 90 nm. The dispersion (B) contains a self-dispersed pigment (b), and the volume-average particle diameter of the dispersion (B) is 160 nm or more and 210 nm or less. The mass ratio [dispersion (A)/dispersion (B)] between the dispersion (A) and the dispersion (B) is 1.5 to 9.

Three-dimensional printing with pore-promoting agents

The present disclosure describes multi-fluid kits for three-dimensional printing, materials kits for three-dimensional printing, and methods of making three-dimensional printed articles. In one example, a multi-fluid kit for three-dimensional printing can include a fusing agent and a pore-promoting agent. The fusing agent can include water and a radiation absorber. The radiation absorber can absorb radiation energy and convert the radiation energy to heat. The pore-promoting agent can include water and a water-soluble pore-promoting compound. The pore-promoting compound can chemically react at an elevated temperature to generate a gas.

Provided is an ink jet recording method with which, even when a recording head in which a protective tape is bonded to an ejection orifice surface which is a water-repellent surface is used, occurrence of ejection misdirection of an ink is suppressed, and the ejection misdirection hardly occurs even after long-period use. The ink jet recording method includes recording an image through use of an ink jet recording apparatus including a wiping unit for an ejection orifice surface subjected to water-repellent treatment. A protective tape to be peeled at the time of use is bonded to the ejection orifice surface. The method includes a first cleaning sequence of wiping the ejection orifice surface through use of one wiper having a blade shape, the first cleaning sequence including a first wiping step and a second wiping step.
