BLUE INK-JET INK AND TABLET
A blue ink-jet ink that improves lightfastness of the same while maintaining its blue print color and a tablet including a part printed with the blue ink-jet ink. The blue ink-jet ink according to the present embodiment is an edible ink-jet that contains Brilliant Blue FCF (Blue No. 1 Colorant) and New Coccine (Red No. 102 Colorant) as colorants.

Provided is an image forming method including a step of imagewisely applying, onto a base material by an inkjet method, at least two inks containing a polymerizable liquid crystal compound, a chiral compound, and a polymerization initiator and having reflection wavelengths different from each other, such that the total application amount of the inks provides an image area ratio of 50% or more in an image forming region.

Composition for coating of optical substrates and the use thereof
Black coatings on optical substrates, compositions for producing such coatings and the use of the compositions for edge-blackening and stray light control. The present coatings comprise a film formed by a cured polymer mixed with nanoparticles and black pigment, wherein the film has a refractive index of more than 1.6. The present compositions comprise 5 to 100 parts by weight of a curable polymer; 5 to 100 parts by weight of nanoparticles; and 0.1 to 20 parts by weight of black pigment, and the nanoparticles and black pigment are mixed with the curable polymer. The present compositions exhibit RI values which match that of high-RI glass substrates while providing efficient edge-blackening properties.
Composition for coating of optical substrates and the use thereof
Black coatings on optical substrates, compositions for producing such coatings and the use of the compositions for edge-blackening and stray light control. The present coatings comprise a film formed by a cured polymer mixed with nanoparticles and black pigment, wherein the film has a refractive index of more than 1.6. The present compositions comprise 5 to 100 parts by weight of a curable polymer; 5 to 100 parts by weight of nanoparticles; and 0.1 to 20 parts by weight of black pigment, and the nanoparticles and black pigment are mixed with the curable polymer. The present compositions exhibit RI values which match that of high-RI glass substrates while providing efficient edge-blackening properties.
INKJET INK AND TABLET
An inkjet ink in which a food color containing at least sodium copper chlorophyllin and a pigment other than sodium copper chlorophyllin is dispersed in a dispersion medium containing propylene glycol, and which prevents the occurrence of precipitation of the pigment components or other components even when the inkjet ink is stored for a long period of time, and there is also provided a tablet having a print pattern printed by the inkjet ink. The inkjet ink of the present embodiment, which is edible, comprises a food color containing at least sodium copper chlorophyllin and a pigment other than sodium copper chlorophyllin, and a dispersion medium containing propylene glycol, and has a propylene glycol content in the range of 0.001 mass % or more and 19 mass % or less relative to the total mass of the inkjet ink.
AQUEOUS INK, INK CARTRIDGE AND INK JET RECORDING METHOD
The aqueous ink for ink jet contains a resin particle dyed with a fluorescent dye, and a water-soluble resin. The fluorescent dye contains a fluorescence-emitting dye selected from the group consisting of basic dye, disperse dye and oil-soluble dye, the resin particle has a core portion that contains an aromatic group-containing unit and cyano group-containing unit, and a shell portion that contains an aromatic group-containing unit, an anionic group-containing unit and a crosslinking agent-derived unit, but free of cyano group-containing unit, percentage (% by mass) of the crosslinking agent-derived unit in the shell portion is 30% by mass or more to 80% by mass or less, the water-soluble resin having an aromatic group-containing unit and an anionic group-containing unit, and the water-soluble resin having an acid value of 100 mgKOH/g or more to 180 mgKOH/g or less.
AQUEOUS INK, INK CARTRIDGE AND INK JET RECORDING METHOD
The aqueous ink for ink jet contains a resin particle dyed with a fluorescent dye, and a water-soluble resin. The fluorescent dye contains a fluorescence-emitting dye selected from the group consisting of basic dye, disperse dye and oil-soluble dye, the resin particle has a core portion that contains an aromatic group-containing unit and cyano group-containing unit, and a shell portion that contains an aromatic group-containing unit, an anionic group-containing unit and a crosslinking agent-derived unit, but free of cyano group-containing unit, percentage (% by mass) of the crosslinking agent-derived unit in the shell portion is 30% by mass or more to 80% by mass or less, the water-soluble resin having an aromatic group-containing unit and an anionic group-containing unit, and the water-soluble resin having an acid value of 100 mgKOH/g or more to 180 mgKOH/g or less.
