EROSION CONTROL SUBSTRATE AND METHODS OF USE
A substrate and a slurry for erosion control and/or hydroseeding are disclosed. The substrate includes mulch and a cover composition including bentonite clay and cellulosic water dispersible polymer or starch. Other desired optional ingredients may also be included. Methods of controlling or reducing erosion control are also disclosed.
EROSION CONTROL SUBSTRATE AND METHODS OF USE
A hydroseeding substrate and a hydroseeding slurry for seeding of grass and other vegetation are disclosed. The hydroseeding substrate includes mulch, a cover composition including bentonite clay and cellulosic water dispersible polymer and/or starch, and optionally surface-treated HPMC. Other desired optional ingredients may also be included. Methods of forming a hydroseeding slurry and methods of using the slurry for seeding are also disclosed.
ROBOTIC PLATFORM AND METHOD FOR PERFORMING MULTIPLE FUNCTIONS IN AGRICULTURAL SYSTEMS
An autonomous vehicle platform and system for selectively performing an in-season management task in an agricultural field while self-navigating between rows of planted crops, the autonomous vehicle platform having a vehicle base with a width so dimensioned as to be insertable through the space between two rows of planted crops, the vehicle base having an in-season task management structure configured to perform various tasks, including selectively applying fertilizer, mapping growth zones and seeding cover crop within an agricultural field.

PLANT PROPAGATION MEDIUM AND METHODS OF MAKING AND USING IT
The present disclosure provides a hydroseeding substrate comprising primary solids from an anaerobic digester, a cover composition comprising bentonite clay and a water-dispersible polymer or starch, and a surface-treated hydroxypropyl methyl cellulose (HPMC). The primary solids may comprise fibrous solids from dairy, poultry, hog, or cattle waste. The water-dispersible polymer may include one or more cellulose derivatives. The surface-treated HPMC may be present in an amount of 0.1 to 20 weight percent of the substrate. The hydroseeding substrate may further include a fertilizer and a soil adjuvant. The disclosure also provides a method of producing a dissolvable fertilizer package and the resulting package, comprising a dried mixture of primary solids from an anaerobic digester and nutrients contained within a tube formed from a polyvinyl alcohol film that is 85-90% hydrolyzed.
LIQUID JET SOIL PROCESSING SYSTEMS
A nozzle assembly is attached to an agricultural implement comprising a liquid jet soil processing system. The nozzle assembly includes a frame configured to detachably mount to the agricultural implement and a cutting head connected to the frame. The nozzle assembly also includes a secondary nozzle connected to the frame and disposed distal to the cutting head relative to a direction of travel of the nozzle assembly. The nozzle assembly further includes a ground translation device connected to the frame. A tuning unit of the nozzle assembly dynamically connects the cutting head, the secondary nozzle and the ground translation device to the frame. The tuning unit is configured to maintain the cutting head substantially perpendicular to the field surface along a vertical axis as the ground translation device travels across the field.

Electric-powered bulk material dispersing system and method of use
An electric-powered bulk material dispersing system and method of use. The electric power is provided by a battery system with one or more electric motors to replace traditional internal combustion engines. The electric motor or motors are used to provide pressure to one or more pumps that may be used in conjunction with various tubes, hoses or related conduit and spray nozzles in order to disperse a bulk material such as seed, mulch, compost, chipped wood, grain, hay, fertilizer, herbicide, pesticide, plastic pellets, salt, sand or the like that has been combined or suspended within a fluent material. In one form, the bulk material dispersing system may be used as a bulk hydroseeder.
