Ethylene-(meth)acrylic acid copolymer and water-dispersive composition including the same
An ethylene-(meth)acrylic acid copolymer has a portion having a melting temperature of 94° C. or higher. A content of the portion having the melting temperature of 94° C. or higher measured by a Successive Self-nucleation and Annealing (SSA) analysis is 1.5% or less. A water-dispersive composition includes the ethylene (meth)acrylic acid copolymer, a neutralizing agent and an aqueous medium.
SECONDARY BATTERY AND METHOD FOR MANUFACTURING THE SAME
The embodiment of the present application relates to the field of Li-ion battery and, in particular, to a secondary battery. The secondary battery includes a cell, a safety component fixed on the cell and thermal conductive adhesive provided between the cell and the safety component, the thermal conductive adhesive contains at least one of hot melt adhesive, silica gel binder or epoxy resin binder, and thermal conductive filling material. The thermal conductive adhesive in the secondary battery performs good thermal conductivity and adhering property, which can stably adhere the safety component with the cell, meanwhile transferring, via the thermal conductive adhesive, heat of the cell to the safety component rapidly, so that the safety component cuts off the circuit to protect the cell during overcharge, thereby avoid situations that the thermal conductive adhesive is separated from the cell due to cell inflation and deformation.
Method of Adhering and Conveyor Belt
A method for adhering together rubbers to be adhered including a rubber composition containing an ethylene-α-olefin copolymer, an organic peroxide (X1), and carbon black (Y1), using a rubber for adhesion including a rubber composition containing an ethylene-α-olefin copolymer, an organic peroxide (X2), and carbon black (Y2) at an adhesive interface, wherein contents of the organic peroxide (X1) in the rubber to be adhered and the organic peroxide (X2) in the rubber for adhesion are predetermined contents, and a content ratio (X2/X1) of the organic peroxide (X2) to the organic peroxide (X1) is from 1.20 to 2.00.
PROCESS FOR TREATING DREGS, TREATED DREGS, USE THEREOF, PROCESS FOR VULCANIZING RUBBER, AND VULCANIZED RUBBER
Provided herein is a process for treating dregs for the application thereof as vulcanization activator of rubbers, putting an end to this residue generated in the cellulose industry and providing vulcanized rubbers with similar or enhanced properties in relation to those already known. The process for treating dregs includes the steps of: (a) drying the dregs; and (b) micronization of the dry dregs to an average particle size (d50) from 2 to 45 micrometers. Further provided herein are treated dregs, a use of treated dregs as vulcanization activator, and a process for vulcanizing rubber and the vulcanized rubber.
THERMALLY EXPANDABLE COMPOSITIONS
The present invention relates to a thermally expandable composition comprising at least one peroxidically crosslinking polymer which does not contain glycidyl (meth) acrylate as a monomer in copolymerized form; at least one polymer, which is polymerized with glycidyl (meth) acrylate as a monomer present in a proportion of from 2 to 20% by weight, based on the respective polymer; at least one peroxide; and at least one endothermic chemical propellant, moldings containing this composition, and a method for sealing and filling cavities in components, for reinforcing or stiffening components, in particular hollow components, and for bonding movable components using such molded bodies.
Electronic device, method and apparatus for producing an electronic device, and composition therefor
An electronic device, a method and apparatus for producing an electronic device, and a composition therefor are disclosed. An adhesive material is applied in a first pattern on a surface of a receiver substrate. A carrier having a metal foil disposed thereon is brought into contact with the first substrate such that a portion of the metal foil contacts the adhesive material. The adhesive material includes a first polymer, a second polymer, and a conductive carbon black dispersion, and is activated using at least one of mechanical pressure and heat while the portion of the metal foil is in contact with the adhesive material. The first substrate and the second substrate are separated, whereby the portion of the metal foil is transferred to the first substrate. The adhesive is electrically conductive to maximize the possibility of maintaining electrical connectivity even when there is a break in the metal foil.
