SOLVENTLESS ADHESIVE COMPOSITION AND METHOD FOR PREPARING THE SAME
A solventless adhesive composition is provided. The solventless adhesive composition comprises (A) an isocyanate prepolymer having a side chains represented by —R.sub.2—(O—R.sub.1—O).sub.n—R.sub.3 and (B) an isocyanate-reactive component, and exhibits improved bond strength, heat seal strength, adhesive COF property and optical appearance. A laminate product prepared with said solventless adhesive composition as well the method for preparing the laminate product are also provided.
WATER-DISPERSIBLE PAPER
An object is to provide a water-dispersible paper that exhibits excellent dispersibility in water. As a solution, a water-dispersible paper is provided, which has: a base paper that has a bulky layer containing 10% by weight or higher of a softwood pulp with a lumen width (l) to fiber diameter (D) ratio (l/D) of 0.60 or lower on average; and a water-soluble polymer impregnated into the base paper.
FILM AND METHOD OF MANUFACTURING FLUORORESIN COMPOSITION
An object of the invention is to provide a film having excellent weatherability. The present invention provides a film comprising: a base layer formed of a thermoplastic resin, and a fluororesin layer laminated to one face of the base layer, wherein the fluororesin layer contains a tetrafluoroethylene resin and a photostabilizer. The present invention also provides a method of manufacturing a fluororesin composition suitable for manufacturing the film. The method of manufacturing comprises a dissolving step in which a photostabilizer is dissolved in ester-based, ketone-based, or aromatic solvent to obtain a solution and a mixing step in which the solution is mixed with a fluororesin comprising tetrafluoroethylene resin.

Provided is a thin film with good durability that is easy to handle during storage and use. The film contains, as a rubber component, at least a copolymer having a conjugated diene unit, a non-conjugated olefin unit, and an aromatic vinyl unit, and having a proportion of a butylene unit of 0 mol %, where a filler content is 15 parts by mass or less with respect to 100 parts by mass of the rubber component, no cross-linking agent is contained, and the thickness is 300 μm or less.
ADHESIVE BACKED DECORATIVE ARTICLE, METHOD OF MAKING, AND METHOD OF USE
A decorative article comprising a main body portion that can be deformed based on the shape of an adhering surface, and can be fixed to the adhering surface via an adhesive layer, without substantially stretching during adhesion. The main body portion will not inelastically deform, even if an operator pulls on the main body portion, when adhering to the adhering surface. The main body portion is deformed based on the shape of the adhering surface. Therefore, when the operator deforms the main body portion based on the shape of the adhering surface and adheres the adhesive-backed decorative article to the adhering surface, it is not necessary to perform a position adjustment by pulling and stretching the main body portion. Furthermore, an adhesive-backed decorative article can be adhered to the adhering surface regardless of the shape of the adhering surface.
