The present disclosure provides a floor marking tape. The floor marking tape has a total thickness of less than 40 mil (1.016 mm). The floor marking tape includes (A) a top layer including a polymer having a flexural strength of greater than 2,100 psi (14.48 MPa) and (B) an adhesive layer including a pressure sensitive adhesive (PSA) in contact with the top layer.

Formula (1): R.sub.250/R.sub.i≤3.0. This pressure-sensitive adhesive layer has reworkability with respect to a transparent conductive layer, corrosion resistance, and high durability.

The present disclosure relates to a UV-curable composition and adhesive film, adhesive tape and bonding member containing the same. Said UV-curable composition is a UV-curable composition catalyzable by photobase. Said UV-curable composition comprises (1) acrylic polymer and/or ethylene-vinyl acetate copolymer; (2) curable components, comprising polyfunctional mercaptan and polyfunctional epoxy resin; and a (3) photobase generator. The composition of the present disclosure can be coated into an adhesive tape or adhesive film; such adhesive tape or film possesses initial adhesion before UV curing is carried out and can have the strength of a semi-structural adhesive or a structural adhesive after UV curing is carried out.

Curable compositions include a urethane (meth)acrylate oligomer having a number—average molecular weight of at least 6000 g/mol; at least one mono(meth)acrylate monomer; a multifunctional crosslinking monomer chosen from acrylate monomers, methacrylate monomers, or combinations thereof; and an ethylene-vinyl acetate grafted terpolymer. The mono(meth)acrylate monomers may include a first mono(meth)acrylate with Tg between 50° C. and 175° C. and a second mono(meth)acrylate with Tg between −50° C. and 30° C. The curable compositions may be applied onto a surface of a substrate then cured to form a low-tack adhesive layer on the surface. The curable compositions may be cured by exposure to visible radiation, UV radiation, LED radiation, laser radiation, electron-beam radiation, peroxide, accelerator, or heat. Methods for bonding substrates include contacting a second substrate to a tow-tack adhesive layer on a first substrate, then heating the low-tack adhesive layer to bond the substrates and form a laminate.

A pressure-sensitive adhesive composition includes a pressure-sensitive adhesive component and a gas generating particle dispersed in the pressure-sensitive adhesive component. A tensile elastic modulus at 25° C. of the pressure-sensitive adhesive composition is 5 MPa or less. A gas generation amount at which the gas generating particle is generated in the pressure-sensitive adhesive composition is 5 mL/g or more in terms of decane at 0° C. and 1013 hPa in a solid content of the pressure-sensitive adhesive composition.

The invention relates to a method for producing a single-sided adhesive film (1). Said method consists of providing a support layer (2) and coating a first side of the support layer (2) with an adhesive film (3), a lubricant coating (4) is applied to a second side of the support layer (2), the support layer (2) being in the form of a polyester film. Said method is characterised in that the polyester film, prior to bonding to the adhesive layer (3), and the lubricant coating (4) is treated with trichloroacetic acid, sodium persulphate, iron chloride or copper chloride in order to increase the surface energy of the polyester film. The invention also relates to a one-sided adhesive film (1) produced according to the above-mentioned method.

The present disclosure provides a dust-purifying adhesive layer, a dust-purifying film, and a dust-purifying film sleeve. The dust-purifying adhesive layer comprises a substrate layer, an optically clear adhesive (OCA)layer, and a dust-purifying layer, the dust-purifying layer and the OCA layer respectively disposed on two sides of the substrate layer, wherein the dust-purifying layer is adapted for dust-purifying and air bubbles elimination. Compared with the prior art, the dust-purifying adhesive layer comprises a dust-purifying layer having functions of dust-purifying function and anti-foaming and when the dust-purifying film is arranged on the screen of the electronic device, the dust-purifying layer is in direct contact with the screen, and during the film-pasting process, air bubbles can be quickly eliminated, so that no air bubbles are generated during the film-pasting process.
