Gripping Device
The present invention relates to a gripping device for picking up, conveying, and delivering a product, the gripping device including: a base structure which may be attached to a handling device by means of a coupling element, preferably so in a non-destructively detachable manner; at least two gripper members having each at least one bottom surface and at least one top surface, said top surface of the gripper members facing towards the coupling element and said bottom surfaces of the gripper members facing away from the coupling element; at least one drive means for reversibly moving the gripper members between a first position, in which the gripper members may be positioned on opposite sides of the product to be picked up, and a second position, in which the gripper members seize the product to be picked up; and an abutment plate which is at least approximately supported by the top surfaces of the gripper members.
SYSTEM FOR PICKING UP, CONVEYING, AND DELIVERING A PRODUCT, AND METHOD OF CONTROLLING SUCH SYSTEM
The present invention relates to a system for picking up, conveying, and delivering a foodstuff product to a processing machine which preferably has an upright magazine tube, said system including: a handling device, a gripping device releasably attachable to the handling device, a transporting apparatus, and a control unit; wherein the transporting apparatus has a transporting portion on which the foodstuff product that is to be picked up by the gripping device may be positioned in a pick-up position allowing the foodstuff product to be picked up by the gripping device, and the control unit is connected at least to the handling device of the gripping device and to the transporting apparatus; wherein the control unit is configured for detecting when the foodstuff product to be picked up has reached the pick-up position.
Suspension unit with inclined guide rail
The present disclosure relates to a suspension unit and a method for taking up and transporting sausage loops with a guide rail and hooks circulating around the guide rail, where the guide rail has an elongate front side and an oppositely disposed rear side. The guide rail is inclined relative to a horizontal plane such that the front side is at a higher level than the rear side.
Apparatus and process for producing sausage products
Process and an apparatus adapted to carry out the process steps for producing sausage products, which includes the following steps: Comminuting raw meat with fat, adding seasoning, salt and further additives, mixing in order to produce a raw sausage mass, forming the raw sausage mass, warming and fermenting the formed raw sausage mass, warming the formed fermented sausage mass to a temperature of approximately 57° C., and incubating at approximately 57° C. for germ reduction, immediately subsequently cooling the cooked fermented sausage mass to −1° C. or below with reduced pressure being applied, in order to produce a dried and cooled cooked sausage mass.
APPARATUS AND METHOD FOR PRODUCING COEXTRUDED PRODUCTS WITH A VARIABLE THICKNESS OF THE CASING MATERIAL
The present invention relates to a method, a coextrusion apparatus and a filling machine including a coextrusion apparatus of the type in question, wherein, during production of the sausage strand, the ratio of the volume flow of the casing material to the volume flow of the inner mass is variable along the sausage strand.
Four Clip Clipping Machine
A clipping machine for producing sausage-shaped products is provided, comprising gathering means for forming a plait-like portion from tubular packaging casing filled with filling material and a closing unit for applying at least four closure means to the plait-like portion. Moreover, a guide unit is provided for guiding closure means to a closing unit of a clipping machine, being configured to supply at least two closure means to a first closing device of the closing unit and at least two further closure means to a second closing device of the closing unit. There is also provided a method for producing sausage-shaped products, comprising filling a portion of tubular or bag-shaped packaging casing with filling material, forming a plait-like portion therefrom and applying at least two closure means to a first section of the plait-like portion while substantially simultaneously applying two closure means to a second section of the plait-like portion.
INTERCHANGEABLE HOOK-AND-BRACKET SYSTEM
An interchangeable hook-and-bracket system for a manufacturing process is disclosed. The interchangeable hook-and-bracket system may be configured to cooperate with a vertical conveying system of a food-processing system. Interchangeable hooks of the conveyor system may comprise hook portions and bracket portions that may be configured to releasably attach to one another. The bracket portions may be made substantially of a structurally robust material such as a metal and may be non-releasably attached to the conveyor system, and the hook portions may be made substantially of a flexible material such as a polymer-based material. More than one hook portion may correspond to a bracket portion, each hook portion having a configuration corresponding to a particular product, casing, throughput, and/or process condition.
APPARATUS AND PROCESS FOR PRODUCING SAUSAGE PRODUCTS
Process and an apparatus adapted to carry out the process steps for producing sausage products, which includes the following steps: Comminuting raw meat with fat, adding seasoning, salt and further additives, mixing in order to produce a raw sausage mass, filling the raw sausage mass into sausage casings or boxes to form encased sausage, first warming and fermenting the formed encased sausage, second warming the encased sausage mass to a temperature of approximately 42° C., immediately subsequently cooling the cooked fermented sausage mass to −1° C. or below with vacuum being applied, and cutting of the dried and cooled encased sausage to obtain a cut and cooled sausage product.
MEAT PROCESSING UNIT AND METHOD FOR THE PRODUCTION OF AN EXTRUDED MEAT PRODUCT
A meat processing unit and method for the production of an extruded meat product lacking a wrapping film and a gelled coating. The processing unit includes an extruder apparatus for a minced meat product with a distribution chamber provided with an inlet opening and with multiple outlet openings of identical section, each one in communication with an extruder head through a distribution duct to produce the extrusion on a conveyor surface movable through an air treatment unit. The outlet openings are arranged equidistant to the inlet opening and in radial symmetry in an annular arrangement, and all the distribution ducts have the same length.
