Mobile x-ray detector, x-ray imaging apparatus including mobile x-ray detector, and operating method of mobile x-ray detector and x-ray imaging apparatus
A method, performed by a mobile X-ray detector, of processing an X-ray image, including generating the X-ray image of an object by detecting an X-ray transmitted through the object and converting the detected X-ray into an electrical signal; detecting a power supply stoppage which prevents transmission of the generated X-ray image from the mobile X-ray detector to a workstation; based on the detecting of the power supply stoppage, storing the X-ray image in a nonvolatile memory inside the mobile X-ray detector; and after storing the X-ray image, deactivating the mobile X-ray detector.
RADIATION DETECTOR, RADIOGRAPHIC IMAGING APPARATUS, AND METHOD OF MANUFACTURING RADIATION DETECTOR
A radiation detector includes a sensor substrate, a conversion layer, and a reinforcing substrate. In the sensor substrate, a plurality of pixels for accumulating electric charges generated in response to light converted from radiation are formed on a pixel region of a flexible base material. The conversion layer is provided on a first surface of the base material on which the pixels are provided and converts radiation into light. The reinforcing substrate is provided on a surface of the conversion layer opposite to a surface on the base material side and includes a porous layer having a plurality of through-holes to reinforce the stiffness of the base material.
Systems and methods for imaging large field-of-view objects
An imaging apparatus and related method comprising a detector located a distance from a source and positioned to receive a beam of radiation in a trajectory; a detector positioner that translates the detector to an alternate position in a direction that is substantially normal to the trajectory; and a beam positioner that alters the trajectory of the radiation beam to direct the beam onto the detector located at the alternate position.
System with a gantry of a computed tomography device and a docking station and method for cooling a component of the gantry
A system with a gantry of a computed tomography device and a docking station and method are for cooling a component of the gantry. In an embodiment, the system includes a gantry of a computed tomography device, the gantry including a chassis and a heat store; and a docking station. The gantry is movable via the chassis relative to the docking station. The gantry and the docking station are detachably connectable to one another such that a detachable coolant-exchange connection for exchanging a coolant and/or a detachable heat-conduction connection for heat conduction is formed between the heat store and the docking station.
Line scanner imaging device, system, and methods
An imaging device for obtaining long-film images of an anatomical element of a patient or of another object includes a wheeled base comprising an elongate track; a trolley comprising a base portion slidably connected to the elongate track and an upper portion rotatably connected to the base portion, the trolley slidable along the elongate track a distance of at least 40 cm; a C-shaped arm defining a semi-circle about a C-shaped arm axis, the C-shaped arm rotatably supported by the upper portion of the trolley; a source fixedly secured to the C-shaped arm; and a detector fixedly secured to the C-shaped arm opposite the source.
IMAGE ACQUISITION WITH MULTIPLE DETECTORS
A radiography system having multiple digital radiographic detectors captures an image in each of the detectors when the x-ray source is fired. The detectors evaluate the captured images and a controller prioritizes the captured images according to the evaluations to determine which captured images are forwarded and in what order. At least one of the DR detectors captures a suitable diagnostic x-ray image.
RADIATION DEVICE, RADIOGRAPHY DEVICE, CONSOLE, AND RECORDING MEDIUM
A radiation device is wirelessly connected to a radiography device that generates dynamic image data and which controls sequential radiation. The radiation device includes a signal generator and a first determiner. The signal generator generates (i) first pulse signals emitted by the radiography device, (ii) second pulse signals synchronized with a first count value obtained by counting up the first pulse signals, and (iii) a second count value obtained by counting up the second pulse signals. The first determiner determines whether to start radiation based on a delay time which is a difference between a first time point count value and a second time point count value. The first time point count value indicates a time point at which a radiation permission signal is transmitted. The second time point count value indicates a time point at which the radiation permission signal is received.
IMAGING SYSTEM WITH CARBON FIBER C-ARM
The present disclosure relates to a C-shaped arm for use with a medical imaging system. In accordance with certain embodiments, the C-shaped arm comprises a C-shaped portion, a radiation source carried by the C-shaped portion, and a radiation detector carried by the C-shaped portion, wherein at least a portion of the C-shaped portion is formed of a unidirectional ultra-high modulus carbon fiber material.
X-RAY DIAGNOSIS APPARATUS AND DISINFECTION METHOD USING X-RAY DIAGNOSIS APPARATUS
An x-ray diagnosis apparatus according to an embodiment includes an x-ray tube holder, a supporter, an ultraviolet ray, a contact portion detector, and an irradiation controller. The x-ray tube holder holds an x-ray tube. The supporter movably supports the x-ray tube holder. The ultraviolet ray emitter is disposed to the x-ray tube holder and emits ultraviolet rays. The contact portion detector detects a contact portion touched by a subject of detection, which is at least one of a subject of examination and an examination technician. The irradiation controller controls the support to move the x-ray tube holder to a position corresponding to the contact portion, and controls the ultraviolet ray emitter to emit the ultraviolet rays toward the contact portion.
