Spatial registration of positron emission tomography and computed tomography acquired during respiration
A method is disclosed for correcting the mismatch between computed tomography (CT) scan and positron emission tomography (PET) scan modalities caused by patient respiration by selecting PET image slices aligned with the phase and amplitude in which the CT was acquired PET image slices so they are aligned with the phase and amplitude in which the CT scan was acquired.

Methods and systems for PET image reconstruction are provided. A method may include obtaining an image sequence associated with a subject. The image sequence may include one or more images generated via scanning the subject at one or more consecutive time periods. The method may also include obtaining a target machine learning model. The method may further include generating at least one target image using the target machine learning model based on the image sequence. The at least one target image may present a dynamic parameter associated with the subject. The target machine learning model may provide a mapping between the image sequence and the at least one target image.
SYSTEMS AND METHODS FOR IDENTIFYING REGIONS OF INTEREST IN MULTIPLE IMAGING MODALITIES
A method of identifying a location of a region of interest within a breast utilizes compressed location coordinates for the region of interest recorded while the breast is under compression during an x-ray imaging procedure such as mammography or tomosynthesis. The compressed location coordinates are converted to uncompressed location coordinates using a mathematical tissue deformation model. The volume and density of the breast affects how the coordinates are translated for use with an ultrasound imaging system. A system including a computing system in communication with an ultrasound imaging system is utilized to perform the method. The resultant predicted location coordinates of the region of interest are used to guide a healthcare provider to potential lesions that are to be examined using ultrasound, where the potential lesions had been previously identified during a screening mammogram.
IMAGING SYSTEMS AND METHODS
The present disclosure relates to a method for generating an image. The method may include obtaining a preliminary image of an object. The method may include determining a plurality of point radiation sources of at least one array radiation source at least partially based on an ROI of the object. The method may include determining at least one scanning parameter associated with the plurality of point radiation sources based on the preliminary image. The method may include causing the plurality of point radiation sources to emit radiation beams to the ROI to generate scan data relating to the ROI based on the at least one scanning parameter. The method may include obtaining scan data relating to the ROI. The method may further include generating a target image of the ROI based on the scan data relating to the ROI.

ULTRASOUND IMAGE ANALYSIS APPARATUS, ULTRASOUND DIAGNOSTIC APPARATUS, AND CONTROL METHOD FOR ULTRASOUND IMAGE ANALYSIS APPARATUS
A breast composition information acquisition unit acquires information related to a breast composition of a subject obtained by a mammography examination. An analysis determination unit determines whether or not to perform analysis on a glandular tissue component (GTC) region including mammary ducts, lobules, and peripheral stromata in a mammary gland region based on the information related to the breast composition of the subject. A GTC region analysis unit performs analysis on the GTC region based on an ultrasound image obtained by imaging a breast of the subject in a case where it is determined to perform analysis.
