A resin composition includes polyetheretherketone, a polyetheretherketone recycled material, and a filler, wherein a percentage of the recycled material is 25 mass % or higher with respect to a total of the polyetheretherketone and the recycled material; and the filler has a content of from 5 to 30 mass % and has an aspect ratio of from 1 to 3.
PEROXIDE CROSSLINKABLE FLUORORUBBER COMPOSITION
A peroxide crosslinkable fluororubber composition comprising: (A) 0.1 to 2.5 parts by weight of a sodium salt or potassium salt of a saturated or unsaturated higher fatty acid; (B) (a) 0.1 to 3.5 parts by weight of a fluoropolyether derivative having a melting point of 70 C. or less, (b) 0.1 to 3.0 parts by weight of a poly--olefin oligomer, or (c) 0.1 to 2.0 parts by weight of an alkylamine compound having 4 to 30 carbon atoms; and (C) 0.1 to 5 parts by weight of an organic peroxide,
based on 100 parts by weight of peroxide crosslinkable fluororubber. This fluororubber composition has excellent crosslinking rate, mold release properties, hardness, compression set characteristics, and the like that are required for molding processability.
CONTROLLING CURE RATE USING POLYTHIOETHER SYNERGISTS
Polysulfide compositions having a polyether synergist are disclosed. Polysulfide compositions that contain polyether synergists exhibit a rapid onset of cure and have acceptable final properties. The polysulfide compositions can be used as sealants.
SEALING RESIN COMPOSITION
The present invention provides a sealing resin composition containing a polyester resin (A), carbodiimide (B) and an antioxidant (C).
Seal ring
It is an object of the present invention to provide a seal ring which has small oil leak and low torque generation performance for improving fuel consumption in a favorable balance as originally intended by the present invention. A seal ring (1) is mounted on an annular groove formed on one member consisting of either a housing having a shaft hole or a rotary shaft inserted into the shaft hole, contacts a surface of other member consisting of either the housing or the rotary shaft, and slidably contacts a side wall surface of the annular groove at a non-sealed fluid side thereof. V-shaped concave portions (3) which do not contact the side wall surface of the annular groove are formed on at least one portion of an end of an inner diameter side of a side surface (2) of the seal ring (1).
POLY(ARYLENE ETHER) COPOLYMER
A poly(arylene ether) copolymer is the product of oxidative copolymerization of monomers including a monohydric phenol and a dihydric phenol of the formula

wherein R.sup.3, R.sup.4, R.sup.5, and R.sup.6 are as defined herein. The poly(arylene ether) copolymer includes less than 0.1 weight percent of incorporated amine groups. A method of the manufacture of a poly(arylene ether) copolymer is also disclosed. A curable composition including the poly(arylene ether) copolymer and cured products derived therefrom are also described.
Highly active double metal cyanide compounds
The present invention is directed to supported catalyst having utility in the polymerization and co-polymerization of epoxide monomers, said supported catalyst having the general Formula (I):
[DMCC]*b Supp(I) wherein: [DMCC] denotes a double metal cyanide complex which comprises a double metal cyanide (DMC) compound, at least one organic complexing agent and a metal salt; Supp denotes a hydrophobic support material; and, b represents the average proportion by weight of said support material, based on the total weight of [DMCC] and Supp, and is preferably in the range 1 wt. %b99 wt. %.
EPOXY RESIN COMPOSITION
Provided is an epoxy resin composition having excellent adhesion and low dielectric characteristics. Specifically, provided is an epoxy resin composition comprising an acid-modified polyolefin resin and an epoxy resin having a specific structure.
Curable composition
An object of the present invention is to provide a curable composition that can be used as sealing materials, adhesives, and the like, has excellent curing properties, and gives a cured product excellent in elongation properties. The object can be attained by means of a curable composition comprising: a reactive silyl group-containing polyether polymer (A) that contains a reactive silyl group with high activity (e.g., (ClCH.sub.2)(CH.sub.3O).sub.2Si, (CH.sub.3OCH.sub.2)(CH.sub.3O).sub.2Si, or CH.sub.3(CH.sub.3O).sub.2SiCH.sub.2NHC(O)); and a reactive silyl group-containing polyether polymer (B) that contains a reactive silyl group (e.g., CH.sub.3(CH.sub.3O).sub.2Si or (CH.sub.3O).sub.3Si) different from that mentioned above and/or a (meth)acrylic polymer (C) containing a reactive silyl group that is not particularly limited.
GRAFT COPOLYMER AND CURABLE THERMOSETTING COMPOSITION COMPRISING THE SAME
A graft copolymer includes a hydrocarbon backbone having a phenylene ether oligomer grafted therefrom. The graft copolymer can be particularly useful in curable compositions, thermoset compositions, and articles formed therefrom.
