A modified Y-type molecular sieve has a modifying metal content of about 0.5-6.3 wt % calculated on the basis of an oxide of the modifying metal and a sodium content of no more than about 0.5 wt % calculated on the basis of sodium oxide. The modifying metal is magnesium and/or calcium. The modified Y-type molecular sieve has a proportion of non-framework aluminum content to the total aluminum content of no more than about 20%, a total pore volume of about 0.33-0.39 ml/g, a proportion of the pore volume of secondary pores having a pore size of 2-100 nm to the total pore volume of about 10-25%, a lattice constant of about 2.440-2.455 nm, a lattice collapse temperature of not lower than about 1040° C., and a ratio of B acid to L acid in the total acid content of no less than about 2.30.

The modified Y-type molecular sieve has a total pore volume of about 0.36 mL/g to about 0.48 mL/g, a percentage of the pore volume of secondary pores having a pore size of 2-100 nm of about 20% to about 40%; a lattice constant of about 2.440 nm to about 2.455 nm, and a lattice collapse temperature of not lower than about 1060° C.

Process for producing propylene and a low-sulfur fuel oil component
A process for producing propylene and a low-sulfur fuel oil component, comprising the steps of contacting a heavy feedstock oil with a solvent for extraction separation to obtain a deasphalted oil and a deoiled asphalt; contacting the deasphalted oil and optionally a light feedstock oil with a catalytic conversion catalyst for reaction to obtain a reaction product comprising propylene; separating the reaction product to obtain a catalytic cracking distillate oil, and subjecting the catalytic cracking distillate oil to hydrodesulfurization to obtain a low-sulfur hydrogenated distillate oil, wherein the low-sulfur hydrogenated distillate oil and/or the deoiled asphalt is suitable for use as a fuel oil component. The process allows the conversion of saturated hydrocarbons in the heavy feedstock into propylene, eliminates the use of saturated hydrocarbons in the fuel oil component, and thus has better economic and social benefits.
Process for producing propylene and a low-sulfur fuel oil component
A process for producing propylene and a low-sulfur fuel oil component, comprising the steps of contacting a heavy feedstock oil with a solvent for extraction separation to obtain a deasphalted oil and a deoiled asphalt; contacting the deasphalted oil and optionally a light feedstock oil with a catalytic conversion catalyst for reaction to obtain a reaction product comprising propylene; separating the reaction product to obtain a catalytic cracking distillate oil, and subjecting the catalytic cracking distillate oil to hydrodesulfurization to obtain a low-sulfur hydrogenated distillate oil, wherein the low-sulfur hydrogenated distillate oil and/or the deoiled asphalt is suitable for use as a fuel oil component. The process allows the conversion of saturated hydrocarbons in the heavy feedstock into propylene, eliminates the use of saturated hydrocarbons in the fuel oil component, and thus has better economic and social benefits.
AN FCC CATALYST COMPOSITION AND A PROCESS FOR ITS PREPARATION
The present disclosure relates to an FCC catalyst composition and a process for its preparation. The FCC catalyst composition comprises Y type zeolite, silicon oxide, alumina, at least one clay, at least one rare earth metal, and at least one metal oxide. The FCC catalyst composition of the present disclosure provides improved yields of high value gasoline such as propylene and LPG and reduces yields of low value hydrocarbons such as CSO and LCO.
Process for producing light olefins and low-sulfur fuel oil components
A process for producing propylene and a low-sulfur fuel oil component, comprising the steps of: i) contacting a hydrocarbon-containing feedstock oil with a catalytic conversion catalyst for reaction under effective conditions in a catalytic conversion reactor in the absence of hydrogen to obtain a reaction product comprising propylene; ii) separating the reaction product from step i) to obtain a catalytic cracking distillate oil, and iii) subjecting the catalytic cracking distillate oil to hydrodesulfurization to obtain a low-sulfur hydrogenated distillate oil suitable for use as a fuel oil component. The process can greatly improve the propylene selectivity and propylene yield while producing more fuel oil components, significantly reduce the yield of dry gas and coke, and thus has better economic and social benefits.
PROCESS FOR ISOMERIZATION OF C5-C7 HYDROCARBONS IN LIGHT NAPHTHA RANGE
The present invention is related to the isomerization process in which a light naphtha stream comprising of paraffinic (mono and single branched), naphthenic and aromatic hydrocarbons in the range of C.sub.5-C.sub.7 is contacted with the solid catalyst in multiple reaction zones and in presence of hydrogen to produce high octane gasoline predominantly comprising of paraffins (single and di-branched) and naphthenes. The process scheme comprises of more than one isomerization reaction section operating at different temperatures and other operating conditions. The catalyst employed in these reaction sections is a high coordination sulfated mixed metal oxide catalyst which contains at least one noble metal and sulfated zirconia in addition to the other components. The process of the present invention also comprises more than one fractionation section and recycling of a particular stream to the reaction zone for improving the isomerization of light naphtha.
